Aram provided excellent service when helping us fix our toilet. What really stood out was his honesty and willingness to explain the issue ahead of time--before we even scheduled an appointment. While other plumbers insisted on coming out first, Aram took the time to give us helpful insight over the phone, which ended up saving us a lot of money. He correctly identified it as a simple fix, unlike others who made it seem like a major problem. I truly appreciate his transparency and professionalism. I've saved his number and would highly recommend booking with Aram at LA Plumbing! read more

I had a great experience with Plumbing LA! They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Out of all the plumbers I contacted, he was the only one who took the time to provide a quote and explain what the issue might be based on the info I provided...even without a firm commitment to the quote, just having that estimate gave me peace of mind. He was also one of the few businesses available to provide service on a Sunday, which I really appreciated. As a woman, I really appreciated the honesty and that he was upfront about potential pricing and never made me feel taken advantage of, which sadly isn't always the case in certain lines of work. So thank you so much for being a trustworthy and respectful professional! Their service was prompt, insightful, and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be using their services for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable work! read more

Last week I needed a plumber to disconnect my washer & dryer because I was moving the next day. The shut off valve was very old, and I didn't want to touch it. As always, I went on yelp and searched for a plumber with lots of great reviews and called 4 of the popular ones. Two of them told me to call a handyman and the other two gave me pricing of $225 and $350! I was sitting at my computer looking for more plumbers when suddenly I received an email from yelp showing me the 4 that I had selected plus one more called "Plumbing LA". I suppose since I went through yelp, they sent me 5 all near my house. I looked up Plumbing LA showing a photo of his very nice van and his information which was great but he did not have any yelp reviews, so I ignored it. I called more numbers and got the same answers, so I called "Plumbing LA". The owner happened to pick up the phone and I told him what I needed, and he said "no problem I can do it this morning before my next appointment" ...WOW wasn't expecting that! He showed up and was very pleasant and respectful, which was nice for a change. He moved & disconnected the washer & dryer and made sure there were no water leaks. He went back to his van and got a gas meter (that's what I'm calling it) to make sure the gas wasn't leaking. He also went outside to make sure the dryer flap was working. We had a nice conversation before he left. I'm having him come back to camera the sewer line and clear my shower drain this weekend as I do every year even though I won't be living here but the new buyers will appreciate it. I've referred Plumbing LA to several friends already. I learned that just because someone doesn't have a lot of great reviews doesn't mean they are not a great company. FYI, he didn't have any reviews because he's a new company although he has worked for many years for other larger companies. I'm glad to be the first yelp review and although I'm leaving the valley I know my friends and family will be in great hands. Lastly, his pricing is more than fair! read more
