I reviewed elsewhere and was asked to reach out to the general manager directly and his response was incredibly lacklustre and basically reinforced what the last run-in with this Big Mike guy was all about. Whatever you do DON'T TOUCH THE VENEER! You will get yelled at across the store, talked down to, accused of being illiterate and then have it all reinforced again from the upper management. From the time they arrived they worked stopping for nothing. The cleanliness they left those rooms in was as good as I would have done myself. The furniture moving was professional and very much appreciated. All the old Berber and awful underpad disappeared into clear bags to be disposed of by them. My experience with Bath Fitters started off great, but ended up leaving a bad taste in my mouth…read more Tyler came out to replace the drain cover and a cartridge in the shower handle. I showed him where the water shutoff was, and he seemed hesitant on how to do it. Very quickly finished the job, then went back downstairs to turn the water back on. He then left after exchanging a few pleasantries. A few hours later, my husband went downstairs to put something away, and discovered the carpet was soaking wet and the water shutoff leaking like crazy. When I called Bath Fitters, the manager was out of the office, so I left a message. When we talked a couple of days later, he said that Tyler told him that I had shut the water off (not true). Then he claimed that the water had been leaking before he had even shut it off. The manager (John) said that he believed his employee and wasn't going to do anything to help defray the costs involved from fixing his employee's mistake. Costs included a hotel room for the night (as the water was shut off for 24 hours), city charges for shutting off the water outside, plumber fixing Tyler's mistake, and added cost to water bill for the water that leaked. Not to mention the inconvenience of the whole situation. Thanks for reading! I hope this helps others.

I was not given a receipt for purchase. $850. While in my house, the 16 year old nephew took 2 phone calls promising the callers appliances that were "2 years old, no dents, no scratches." When I unwrapped my double oven it clearly had huge dents on both sides that were also rusted--the kind of dents resulting from being bounced down a road. The top of the control console had a large area where the finish was gone. the top right corner of the console was severely scratched it's entire width. The interior of the doors was so dirty there was no way this oven was less than 10 years old, and that is after they said they had cleaned it. The owner gave me advice on how to clean it with vinegar and baking soda. Why didn't they use this? I contacted them and within 5 days I even texted them with photos. He agreed to trade it for another double oven when he had one (in a text). I was never contacted. I sent text reminders checking in if there was a suitable trade over months. He said there was not yet. I have been using my basement kitchen since I had removed the upstairs kitchen the day after I moved to this house. I now need a stove and oven because I rented the basement. The first day I used this appliance to heat soup on a burner, I later noticed a intermittent clicking sound. I realized the burner would not shut off. I removed the knob and tried to find a position for the control that would turn it off, the display showed "Low" still. There was no position that would turn the burner off. I had to completely unplug the stove. I texted with pictures. When I went in to at least choose a single oven the employee said that person no longer was employed with the company. Later in the conversation, he let it slip that that person had warned him to look out for me because I might come in. This company will not cooperate and I even warned them I had met with my lawyer and was about to give a $3500.00 retainer. I reminded them and sent them relevant and dated screenshots of texts showing the agreement to trade and me following up regularly and being put off to wait longer by the owner. They still won't return the money or a trade. I'm moving forward with my lawyer.
