The next two they just didn't show up at all. 2. They will tell you someone will call you back, but they NEVER do. I have been promised at least 6 times that someone would call me back and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had to be the one to call back. 3. They will misquote you. They were going to replace my UV light air purification system core for ~$200. Then the tech called me 30 minutes after my appointment window ended saying it was going to have to be ~$400. It took 2 weeks of back and forth and manager calls to get them to honor their original price. 4. They finally came out to do the work that they said they would. They showed up at a random time that we hadn't scheduled, so I wasn't home. My wife let him in and he claims he replaced the core, but when I got home the system still wasn't working. Mind you, I only did this replacement because the tech told me that it was what I needed to do to get my system to work. So when I called to see why it wasn't working, they said they'd have to charge me to come out if it was an issue that existed before his work, even though I only had the work done because he said it would fix it. Now I'm once again waiting on a call back. I initially only wanted one seasonal maintenance visit and was talked into a yearly membership for just $50, which makes sense on the surface. I promise you, the stress they have caused me is nowhere worth whatever savings they claim I'm getting. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
