Driver operator of pump truck top notch, the young lady who does the office work would be below the available star. I gave the check for service to the driver as requested, on the 18th of Sept, following week I requested a receipt via USPS, what I received was an invoice showing I owed $490, called again was told she had not deposited the check, called again a few days later, where is my receipt, not deposited yet, called today 1 Oct, check to be deposited today, what kind of a business takes 13 days to cash a check, she did not explain why, her attitude was rude and not apologetic. High Sierra Music Festival was the best 4 days of my year. Apart from watching Thievery Corp do an impromptu song with the lead of the Talking Heads from a hammock in the trees and screaming bloody frickin' murder, I'm actually grateful of how clean everything was! The sanitation company assigned to the festival should be awarded bonuses for 5 days of keeping the facilities cleaner than any festival I've ever attended. I witnessed people actually trying to tip the sanitation workers only to be turned down. Thank you PLUMAS for making the whole affair that much more enjoyable. read more
