I almost always go to the one on San Felipe, but its always a mess trying to get there. Now that I actually realize this Memorial location is so easy to get in and out of, I won't have to fight all the cars making crazy turns into that San Felipe lot. This is a brand new location, and they do actually have a drive thru behind their building. The space is nice and open, and everyone is still really nice here and welcoming. As soon I walked in I was greeted in a friendly manner, and the teller who was working on something at the booth immediately pushed her task aside as I walked up with was appreciated. Of course being that this is still a new office, there were no lines, and that just made the whole process a breeze. I'll definitely be back.

IF your transaction is under $300, they don't need to track it with an account number. SO IF you get a money order for less than $300 and you need to cancel it, your money is gone. But they won't tell you that when they take your hard earned money. If it wasn't obvious, these places are just trying to take your money.

We were extremely disappointed in this Title Company. When we were selling our home, the buyer's…read moreside realtor wanted to use this place. Every step of the way they were difficult to work with. They would not do a courtesy closing at one of their other offices that was closer to both the buyers and sellers! Other title companies do courtesy closings at their other locations all the time, especially if it's more convenient to both parties! On top of that, they didn't pay off our loan until 4 days after we closed (even though they had the money in hand) -- so it ended up costing us an additional $85 b/c of their mistake! We do not recommend these people at all - especially this location!
