She is a gem! She's kind, supportive, knowledgeable and honest. I would suggest utilizing her for your banking service each time you go. She is worth the wait. (I won't name the other teller - but it took 40 minutes to make 2 withdrawals.) I actually gave up on re-ordering checks since their process took over 4 months to deliver them to me correctly. I was shocked when I opened a new checking account at another bank and received my checks within 2 weeks. Credit card replacement process is also slow and frustrating. Be careful. I did not have the energy or tolerance to attempt a car loan even with excellent credit. I went to another bank and avoided the unwanted frustration. While they may be improving, it is very slow to show the results to their customers. Mist of my banking needs have moved to another credit union.

I complained to the manager about Majida's lack of common sense, unnecessary red tape and the Manager replied that she heard it too and then???, no apology, none whatsoever??? just neglect the client or neglect to fix the Unprofessional Service. Our address was entered incorrectly when purchasing the gift card. The gift card was then lost in the mail, and someone (not the intended recipient) began using the gift card. The CU referred us to the issuing company. The issuing company would not replace the card because of the erroneous address. There were several of us who made mistakes. However, BVSCU has served us well. They have serviced multiple car loans (have two sons), emergency loans, teaching us how to use online bill pay when it was first offered in the 90's, taken care of our IRAs, paid our property taxes when we were out of town and provided us with documentation during an audit to name a few. They have been kind, patient and accommodating helping us with our financial matters. They are friendly, know us by name and are familiar with our accounts (including the one I can't touch, husband's). BVSCU has been wonderful most of our experiences.
