Friendly, I don't bank here but we're considering it as one of 2 or 3 new accounts we want to open. And good ATM services.

Not to be confused with Chevy Chase Bank, which is funnier…read more This is the Chase Bank next to an Indian restaurant that we sometimes check out and eat at, and it can be pretty tasty and pretty hearty, and so when we need cash before or after (for example I always tip in cash and often pay in cash), it's a very convenient location for Chase, which is still our main bank, and this one is kind of middle of the road as far as these things go, but we're always happy to have it here in a plaza where we really need it.

And I told them I had a $28K mastercard I closed with no balance I only need it for reservations for travel then I pay off my debit card I don't keep a balance- nothing over $12K. He comes back and said I got it for $22K- I just said- NO I don't want that much credit- take that back you made a mistake and make it $12K- and I am not going to discuss this. He did it was fine. on this location the atm is in the middle of the lot, weird, it usually moves fast though.

Customers can wait more than 20 minutes for a personal banker and get completely ignored. On Saturdays, the line to get a bank teller at the window is LONG and can take more than 30 minutes. During the week when it's slow, personal bankers stand around talking like they're bored. The personal bankers are rude don't make eye contact. They loudly go into detail on all your personal info and everyone in the branch can here it. They have no regard for privacy or courtesy.

It's set up in a non-traditional manner, with some kind of reception area right up front and the teller line far to the back. Apparently the commercial bankers are upstairs but can be reached by the various small business customers in the area. One of the employees heard what we were in for, and promptly got us pulled aside to a more private area where we could get the assistance we needed efficiently and without any of our information being overheard by any of the other people in the bank. He really knew what he was doing, and did an excellent job setting expectations and getting everything done.
