Core Pilates never fails to give me a good workout, I leave feeling accomplished after every class. This type of Pilates studio is great for those who are more intermediate/advanced in their Pilates practice, but they also have classes for beginners who may be trying out Pilates for the first time. The teachers also always give modifications for exercises if you have any injuries/alignment issues. Also can I just say that this is one of the cutest Pilates studios too!?! The atmosphere is very light, airy, and comforting. The environment makes the classes even more enjoyable. I love all the pink

The class was full but the instructor did a great job of walking around and making sure we were doing the exercises correctly. She did some of the more complicated moves so we could follow her. I've done Pilates several times and have enjoyed it but this one was really full body. We did some exercises where you had to think to keep all your arms and legs doing the correct things. I liked that. Its good to use your mind too. The exercises weren't too long so very doable. This class had people of every age in it. I think that's another reason I liked it. There was also a man in the class. It's a great workout so I don't know why more men don't come. I will be going back.

One of my friends invited me here for a free class and I had the worst experience. I registered for the class a few days before on their website and the website said that my registration was successful. But not only did the website give the wrong location so that I was late for the class, but when I got there the staff were very fake and the older blonde woman behind the counter told me that I was not registered and then further embarrassed me in front of the staff, my friend, and all the prefect princesses walking in asking me "do you have a camera on your phone, "sweetie"" when asking me to scan a QR code for the class in a VERY condescending tone and she didn't look me in the eye. Of course I have a camera on my brand new iPhone. Who even asks that??? Needless to say I decided right then that I would not be going back ever again. I was so upset and downtrodden and embarrassed I just told my friend that I was going to leave because I didn't want to be treated like a poor, dumb, undesirable and embarrassed and singled out even more. It was obvious that they thought I DIDN'T belong there as soon as I walked in. I don't want to be that girl but in this case I would, unfortunately, advise anyone who is NOT WHITE or dressed entirely in Lulu Lemon to stay away from this place if you don't want to be talked down to and shoved out the door. There are much better, more compassionate practices where they will definitely not make you feel like some underprivileged charity case who they are required to tolerate.

The community of instructors is so supportive and encouraging. I had never had a good relationship with exercise in my life but Barre3 changed that for me. They helped me to realize the importance of mind body connection and moving your body because it feels good rather than always exercise tied to a scale goal. I will always keep coming back because this place has changed my life for the better and taught me so much about what I am capable of.

I suggest showing up about 15 minutes before class to get the rundown on the equipment if you're not familiar! If you're not very athletic or just jumping back into your fitness journey, I suggest booking an intro class before jumping into intermediate reformer class. It was moderately challenging. I bought a 10 pack, can't wait for the next class!!

My first few classes were so hard for me because I've been off the exercise wagon and I had never done Pilates. I was excited to try it because I have heard it's a lot easier on the joints. I wanted a multifaceted workout that wouldn't kill my feet, hands and wrists and this was perfect. Every time I went, I messed up all kinds of moves and they didn't bat an eye, just corrected my form and encouraged me to keep trying. I would walk out and evaluate how successful I felt I was at being able to complete every rep. At first it was, Arms-80%, Legs- 50%, Abs/core- 20%. After about 6 weeks of being able to attend classes 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, I've greatly improved. I'm now at; Arms-95%, Legs-75%, Abs/Core- 50%. I feel stronger, can see some muscle definition in my legs, arms and back. I like that this studio has all ages, shapes and sizes. The instructors are encouraging, the equipment is on par with what other Pilates studios have, they have cute grippy socks for purchase. It has a happy design, is bright, airy, and doesn't feel cramped.

After signing both of us up I was contacted by several different employees at the location confirming our booking and asking general questions. Not once did any of these employees ask my mom or I if we were from Nichols Hills. Upon arrival we were really excited to try it and each potentially get a membership depending on our experience since we had heard great things. The studio was so cute and clean but as soon as we walked up to the desk and began speaking with the employee our experience changed. We had told her out names and my mom had expressed that she was visiting from out of town but very excited since she has locations at home and immediately the employee said, "so you have to be a local to partake in the free first class". I had told her I spoke with several employees on the phone the last 2 weeks about our booking and was never told this. She then told us it would be $60 if we wanted to stay and still partake. Not $60 we were planning on spending for one class that we have never tried before. She then continued to ignore us, not making it seem like we were welcome anymore anyways so we didn't stay. Definitely such a disappointing experience, I love this area and was excited to have a pure barre location so convenient but needless to say this experience has put a bad taste in my mouth towards Pure Barre.
