A week or so later they walked back in and the guys remembered him and congratulated him for turning 18 and helped him with everything he needed, he walked out a happy guy! A few weeks after that they stopped back in for ammo and the guys were laughing asking him if he was ready for another one. They had tons available, and the salesman took me around the building describing the different models they had, their condition, etc. He even said that if I liked a chair but it had something like a scuff on the arms, they could pull an arm from a different chair and replace it. I bought it some time ago, but the chair is still obviously in great shape, because it's a Herman Miller, and I saved $600-$700. Very happy with the purchase, the business, and the people, and would highly recommend going here.
