Prices are the most reasonable we've found in NYC. The staff is personable, professional and helpful. Got my first tattoo here, a small tattoo on my upper thigh. Walked in a little nervous because I felt like asking for too many changes but Kena reassured me that it was alright. She walked me through the whole process, triple-checked the design, and made sure I felt comfortable. Before leaving I got instructions on how to take care of the tattoo for the next couple of days. An overall unforgettable experience, highly recommends it to anybody in the area.
