Here, there is no issue of privacy, the front desk is very responsive, the temperature is moderated normally (very important!), location and views are great and most importantly, it's a clean, nice place to come into work every day. Only thing I'd say that doesn't affect my company is that it's within a building that has a very tiny entrance on 42nd street so if you're expecting clients to come often to your office, it may be a little difficult to find.
