Emailed and spoke with him briefly and he was here a half hour later. Sprayed the car, said it was guaranteed for a year and it was fine til a few weeks later and they were back. Once again Sergio was here quickly. This time he sprayed the entire cat including under the hood. 2 months later and no issues so it worked. Despite the guarantee I insisted on paying for the second time since he did so much more. I recommend them to everyone now. Friendly and personable, trustworthy. Very pleased and no more wasps!
