My family is going through a really frustrating and distressing situation with our lease and the management company. In January, we received a lease renewal notice for $1,025, which my husband and I signed and submitted. However, when March 2024 arrived, you discovered we were being overcharged. Originally, we were supposed to pay $425 for the lot and $600 for the payment. Yet, when the lease renewed, your bill showed $1,095, consisting of $425 for the lot and $670 for the payment. Despite bringing this issue to their attention multiple times, the company claimed they had the right to alter our payment without our consent, which leaves us questioning the legality of their actions. Had we known about the changes, we might have reconsidered signing for another year, especially since they had already raised our rent last year. Moreover, their frequent visits every two months to inspect your home have made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. It's particularly unsettling that different individuals have come to our home, including a third stranger. The atmosphere in the community seems disheartening, as it appears that residents do not feel at home enough to decorate for holidays. It raises concerns about how many others might be experiencing illegal overcharges. Moving isn't straightforward when bound by a contract, and financial constraints can make it even more challenging. We are urging potential renters to think carefully before committing to this place, emphasizing how the management's actions have negatively impacted your sense of security and well-being. We are also reaching out for assistance for ourself and fellow tenants who might be struggling under similar circumstances. I moved into this Community about 7 months ago with my 7 and 8 year old sons. I have to say that I was blessed when we moved in . The office personnel Lynn and Halsey has always taken care of anything that my family has needed. Justin our head maintenance , there is just no words to describe what he does in a day for all of the residents here and bringing in new homes for our community and getting them ready for new renters or owners. Lynn and Justin have become family to many of us here . Our pool is great and we even have lifeguards to make sure that safety is first for everyone. We have a nice playground and a huge tennis court that was turned into a really nice fenced in basketball court. I would recommend this community to anyone. So if you are tired of the apartment life of hearing someone stomp on the floor above you or hearing them hitting the walls next to you and even trying to park close to your apartment . come join our community and start enjoying life again. read more

What a hidden little gem! This community is very quiet, but full of life. The neighbors are great, you can choose to be social or keep to yourself it's your choice. The people here wave when they see you and smiles are never in short supply. Having the school bus stop inside the community is really convenient. The new homes have really made the community look so much prettier. The swimming pool, playground, basketball and tennis court are a well maintained. I'm excited for the pool to open for the summer. The office has a space you can rent for parties equipped with tables and chairs and even a full kitchen for preparing food. I plan to rent this space for an upcoming birthday party. The staff is very pleasant and address concerns quickly and effectively. All in all a great place to live. read more

This is a great place to call home. I have moved into a brand new home which is very nice. I like the idea that no one else has lived in it before. The community is great is quite and the kids love it, I cant wait for the pool to open. Mrs. Halsey was amazing to work with, she really know her stuff. Mrs. Lynne is amazing too, if you are looking for a good place to live I would def tell you to move here. I was looking at apartments but didn't really want people living above or below me and this was a great alternate idea!! read more

Absolutely love this place! Staff are super friendly and helpful. Maintrnce is excellent as well. I called maintence about a small issue I had and they got someone on it right away for me and my boyfriend. Great place if you have kids or family. The parks quiet and very well maintained. It is a nice quiet neighborhood, centrally located to just about everything. Grounds are taken care of and the common areas are clean.
