This time, in the group photo, my son is the ONLY kid not looking. I asked if they could retouch the photo, which any studio would have done before ever posting the photo publicly. I was told that they would charge me $10 to fix a photo that should have been fixed before it was released to me, and they'd invoice me for the amount BEFORE I could even see the quality of the work they did. I just think it's absolutely absurd they want to charge such astronomical pricing for mediocre at best work and then nickel and dime you for stuff that should have been handled before the photos were even released to me.

If you are looking for classy & elegant pictures then this is your lady. She is a professional and knows exactly how to get the best shot. My favorite thing about working with her is that she is fun, energetic, and really gets involved. While I had some ideas in my head of pictures I wanted to take I was also nervous that I wouldn't get shots that I wanted from "being in the moment." It was a relief when she came in and immediately had ideas for the pictures and started posing me & snapping away! On the day of the wedding it started raining right before we started taking pictures. If you are not familiar with Centaur, it is a beautiful outdoor venue. I was sad that I wouldn't get the photos I wanted due to the rain. But instead Donna and Catherine (other shooter) took every opportunity to get the family and Bridal party pictures taken exactly how I wanted. These ladies were like family to us on this day. They jumped right in, got to know everyone involved and worked very well together. It was very important to me that the pictures captured all the special moments of the big day. The pictures turned out even more amazing than I could have imagined and I wouldn't change one thing about hiring Donna Cummings. I emailed her on Jan 6, and after almost 2 weeks of waiting, I finally had to call her on the 17th. When she answered, she sounded annoyed and through the whole conversation she seemed as though I was wasting her time. After our conversation, I thought we were getting somewhere. She had me email her again, and she quickly responded to that message. However, after I responded to her last email, I waited a week before I called her again on Jan 29. Once again, her phone etiquette was lacking. After explaining who I was and what I was calling for, she said she was in a loud place and asked if she could "call back real quick." As of Feb 3, I have yet to receive a call back. On the same day I was blown off by Tammy, I contacted Paula at Snaps by Salas. Within 30 minutes of talking with Paula, I had a session booked and have already had my pictures taken. I do want to thank Tammy with Clarity Photography for being rude and wasting my time because I would not have had the opportunity to work with Paula Salas at Snaps by Salas.
