This company does my son's school photos twice a year. Twice a year I pay $60 PER DIGITAL COPY,…read moreusually two copies each time, for mediocre photos. This time, in the group photo, my son is the ONLY kid not looking. I asked if they could retouch the photo, which any studio would have done before ever posting the photo publicly. I was told that they would charge me $10 to fix a photo that should have been fixed before it was released to me, and they'd invoice me for the amount BEFORE I could even see the quality of the work they did. I just think it's absolutely absurd they want to charge such astronomical pricing for mediocre at best work and then nickel and dime you for stuff that should have been handled before the photos were even released to me.

My favorite thing about working with her is that she is fun, energetic, and really gets involved. It was a relief when she came in and immediately had ideas for the pictures and started posing me & snapping away! On the day of the wedding it started raining right before we started taking pictures. If you are not familiar with Centaur, it is a beautiful outdoor venue. I was sad that I wouldn't get the photos I wanted due to the rain. But instead Donna and Catherine (other shooter) took every opportunity to get the family and Bridal party pictures taken exactly how I wanted. These ladies were like family to us on this day. They jumped right in, got to know everyone involved and worked very well together. It was very important to me that the pictures captured all the special moments of the big day.
