Actually had a service experience that did not go well which added to a stressful car situation. However, I contacted the company's customer service who made it right and were extremely apologetic. Seriously disappointed in service today: oil change plus tire rotation. I'm one to mark my tires and after paying...my marks indicated they did not do the rotation even though I was charged for it. Went back in and they pulled my vehicle in to do the rotation. Rotation now done but NOT done correctly. They simply moved back to front and front straight back. My car is a front wheel drive - its standard practice on my car to Forward Cross or X-pattern. This involves moving the front tires straight back to the rear, and the rear tires to the front, switching sides. How you rotate is important... Should have made them redo again but I'm seriously out of patience at this point. PT is lacking in integrity and knowledge today. read more

Very friendly and welcoming staff at the Plaza Tire Service! My fiancé and I had to make an unexpected stop to check the tire pressure on his car and they were able to help us right away! Thankfully there was no issue - just the back tire was overfilled and triggering the sensor, so the they took out some air and had us on our way! They were kind enough not to charge us at all since there was no real problem, which was unexpected but welcome! 15/10 service! read more

My boyfriend and I were on the road to head to Orlando, Florida when the pressure in one of our tires began dropping quickly. We were able to stop in Mt. Avoid this place, especially if you are female. Seems you have about a 60/40 chance on getting the WRONG employee. There's one guy, real nice guy (I believe is either owner or manager) who's great to work with. There's another guy, usually there when manager/owner isn't, who is rude, obnoxious and extremely condescending to females. Tried to tell my wife her issue with a tire was from constantly "curbing the tire", kept on about how she didn't know what she was talking about - I finally walked up and asked him to explain how one goes about "constantly curbing" the inside of a rear tire?? He shut up a replaced tire under warranty. When they replaced tire they used a cheap aftermarket pressure sensor (as verified by dealership) that subsequently failed, and then, when my wife went back to discuss it with them ranted at my wife that she didn't know what she was talking about, that it was "absolutely impossible" to do that, that she should have a man look at it and reiterated that she didn't know what she was talking about. Refused any further conversation regarding it even though she offered to call the service manager at dealership to discuss matter. Wife is far from mechanically inept having actively participated in antique car restoration and the rebuilding of several engines but, to Plaza, is apparently a dumb clueless female. Like I said - AVOID this place. Never again Plaza. read more

I was an out-of-towner with a Honda Pilot that was making terrible noises. It was mid-afternoon on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. (Sorry this is so long overdue.) There were no Honda dealerships within 50 miles and nobody else was willing to look at my car. The kind manager of Plaza Tire Service was more than accommodating. He looked at my car and found the problem immediately. It was a simple fix, that required removing a rusty part that didn't serve a significant purpose. They charged me nothing and ensured a safe drive home. Can't recommend them enough! read more
