My loyal customers deserved better than they received from the new owners. I would love to have this business again but I am told it is beyond help. Took twenty min to find the attendant when we were dropping off our laundry. Then she didn't…read moreexplain the laundry service or the process to us and I even explained that it was our first time ever using a laundry service! The laundry was not weighed in front of us nor did she write down everything we brought in to make sure it was returned safely to us! When I picked it up I was very impressed on how nice my uniforms for work were hung and all my blankets were folded and towels and sheets were bagged for us! But I noticed my shoes were missing immediately and told the attendant that it didn't look like everything we brought in was there. She said if I got home and anything was missing let her know! Well we got home and almost all of our winter clothes were missing. Four pair of jeans about 8 hoodies a couple sweaters some tank tops a few pair of leggings some name brand takers ! Everything was name brand and expensive that was missing! Including my shoes! So I don't know if they accidentally gave my stuff away to someone else or someone that worked at the laundry stole it! Regardless when I told the attendant her boss only offered me $325 and refused to speak to me! So now I am presssing charges on Laundry world and whoever did my laundry for theft because I didn't take my laundry there to be sold I took it there to be washed and dryer and folded and returned to me and I payed for that service only to be ripped off by the merchant! My advice do not ever go here! Don't take anything here you value because you won't get it back!
