I stopped at this gas station as I drove by because I don't remember ever seeing it so I pulled in…read moreand it was empty and looked like fresh construction. I thought it was not open yet and closed until I looked at the fuel pump screen saying to pay at pump or at the cashier so I went in to check them out. The price sign was noticeably cheaper than down the street which was at $2.39 so $2.27 which was not a cash price but the credit price still looked good, $2.22 cash price was obviously trying to grab customers with the pricing. There is a diesel pump section so this will be like a truck stop for the area. The place looks like it just opened with the shelfs, coolers and the place mostly empty but enough to get started. The is a beer cooler had New Glarus beer so that's a good start. Frozen pizzas and dinner type items in a sparse freezer so this will be more of a neighborhood market when done. The mega coffee station has a 4 flavor generic icee machine which I stopped to grab one, a super cold drink sounded good. There is a fresh donut case that was sparse as well. There is a small space with tables and chairs next to the cashiers counter. The place is pretty big so when it's done it will be one of those destination fuel stops.

I opened my window and told him that I made a mistake. He yelled "I'm tired." I said "so an I," backed out of the car wash, and demanded a refund. I have loyally/weekly gone to this station since moving to this city five years ago. But this experience in the car wash with my wife made her feel incredibly unsafe. It's quite surprising that this location has such low prices on fuel, given its close proximity to the freeway--which is usually a recipe for convenience surplus charging! Even got my sister to go here too, and she likes them just as much! BUT. I cannot give them 5 stars in good conscience because THERE IS NO WAITING ROOM TO SPEAK OF at this location. They have literally one janky chair parked in the main area in front of their ATM machine, so there's literally nowhere to wait for what could be (for some of us) hours, waiting for the repairs to be completed. Come on guys, you could EASILY add on a customer waiting room to the east side of your facility, eh? You do great work, but some of your customers don't have the luxury of having someone able to pick us up while we're waiting, and bring us back later. Do your customers a solid, and ADD A WAITING ROOM! (and restroom!)
