Its digital, so you can easily double tap the card without trying and lose money unintentionally. The laser tag was the final activity and we truly enjoyed. Upon arrival we went to the front counter to get our shoes. The guy walked up and was very short with us as he proceeded to slam our shoes on the counter. He then told us we would need two lanes since we had seven people with us. We told him that was not a problem. He was very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience for being there. He then pointed to the last lane and said yall will be at the very end with a very short, smart attitude. My friend asked do we need to pay now or wait? He looked at her like she was an idiot and said you pay at the end. She looked at me and said are we a problem? I mean this guy is a butt hole. We walked off very upset that we were talked to and treated that way. We get to our lane and realized the guy (supposedly the Owner) that was so rude to us was on a lane bowling. So I take it we were an inconvenience to him because we interrupted his bowling game. My younger son and his friend got a dollar and went to the counter to get change for one of the game machines, they waited forever and nobody ever came to help them. I told them not to go back up there that we would dig up some change for them. I was very disappointed in this place, very unprofessional and the owner is so rude. We will definitely not be back.
