We booked the Magical Mayhem room with 5 people on level 2 difficulty. We had 3-4 of our team who were pretty experienced in escape rooms and one person where it was her first time. EVERYONE loved it! The "side quests" were a great way to keep more people engaged. This experience is friendly to all age groups -- I could see a family with young-ish (8 years old?) kids enjoying this as well as a group of highly experienced escapists! If you're in the area, you have got to check this place out!

In the Pandemic room, the sorted viles were 1) in the wrong order (this was confirmed by the employee overseeing our hints) and 2) the last number for the code wasn't in the right shape so it didn't show any number shape. They also used a crossword puzzle which isn't so bad if it's a one-and-done thing but crosswords were used not only in the Pandemic but also in the Crisis room which was overkill In the Crisis room, we immediately were able to unlock locks without the correct key (how this happened, I am not sure...) We also had yet ANOTHER crossword puzzle and were missing over half of the letters which made us have to ask the moderator for a hint which took off time for us to escape. Also, at the end, the correct code for the employee walking is through the ending didn't even work for her and the lock was jammed so even if we made it to the very end, there was no way to escape without the key.... The only complaint I have for the Caretaker room was that the papers in the fireplace didn't fall and there was like a matching puzzle that was just kinda dumb but other than that it was our favorite out of all the rooms! This place is GREAT and we love the experience but for a hefty $25 per person, I just except everything to be completely functional and working correctly. I do highly recommend this place tho!

They were using google slides or canvas for like an intro and half of the locks were already unlocked. Also, the props were mostly broken or stuck. The person told us that there were train tracks that we could not use until she said so when we could use them due to a "mechanical difficulty". And not to forget that the timer was not even working. Me and my son just wanted to go to a nice escape room but got nothing of that. So for any people who want to go in an escape room just don't go here. I cannot believe how bad our experience was.
