He loved it and all of his friends loved it. It was on a Saturday and they has parties all day so when we arrived it was really chaotic with other parties cleaning up and leaving. Parking was a struggle when we arrived to setup everything, but once our party time started it cleared out and was great! The employees helped with tables and socks for the kids. Bathrooms are out in the big room...kinda far but no biggie. This place was clean and big so there was plenty of room for a couple of parties at a time. We will be back!

You might get stabbed by rusty nails. Long version: We ( my mother, my 2 year old, my 3 month old and I) visited almost 3 weeks ago. The "manager" Monica (short lady , red hair ) charged me for my 3 month old. When I questioned why I was paying for him to enter when he can't play , she asked how old he was. I clarified his age and she reiterated that they charge for babies too because they have an area for them. In that area was a monster truck climbing statue and some climbing blocks. Mind you he can't even sit up on his own let alone climb or crawl. I went back and asked why his age mattered if they charged further everyone. Monica then said "if they are 2 weeks old then we may not charge". It seemed as though she was making up lies as she went. She couldn't give me a receipt. She says she didn't have the contact to any manager. Then she says she was a manager. Just a bunch of bs. My mother stabbed herself on some type of nail or dining in the "newborn place area" . It was just horrific. We said that we'd be contacting the BBB and calling back to shush to an actual manager, as well as contacting someone for the safety concerns. Maybe 20 minutes later she called my phone saying "we heard about the complaint and are issuing a refund " I knew it was her trying to save her job with a hush refund because we hadn't filed a complaint yet. Don't go here

The place isn't well kept IMO and I found debris in the toddler area that could easily be a choking hazard. The play house area was a mess and you could hear stomping and running from the kids playing above the first floor. There is a tv in the seating area for adults to keep an eye on their kid which is nice. They do have food and drink options too which is more extensive than most indoor play areas in Cedar Park/Leander. I think this place is great for kids older than baby/toddler age but not for my child who is younger.
