They walk my girls every day and give them plenty of special attention. My dogs love them! My job is sometimes unpredictable and when I work late or go in early Josh and Ann are always happy to help out at the last minute by walking and feeding the dogs. They are always responsive and attentive. When I go out of town they "dog-sit" and stay the night with Molly and Lilly. I think they give my dogs more attention than I do! When Molly got sick a few months ago Josh and Ann were as concerned as I was and were very sweet about checking in on her and helping out with her new medication. Anytime someone in my building gets a new dog I always recommend Paws with Benefits. I've used other dog walkers in the past but this company is by far the best. Usually I expect the best to be the most expensive but their prices are very reasonable and I always feel like I get much more than I pay for. Because of my job and lifestyle I wouldn't be able to have my precious puppies if I didn't have someone like Josh and Ann to rely on. Now they are refusing to refund our deposit. They are saying because we didn't give them 24 hour notice our refund is questionable. They couldn't be reached by phone nor email. They claim they were sleeping after being on the road for many hours, but does that mean all of them? Come on guys, that's a lame excuse for not having anyone answering the phones. I don't now how these guys stay in business. I wouldn't recommend this pet transportation company to anyone who cares about their pets.
