She is so happy to go to school in the morning runs in to say hello to everyone. They are always working on different projects and she learned so much! Her hand eye coordination is really advanced for her age and I'm sure it's due in large part to all the attention she gets at school. I also enjoy that they have a no screens policy. Of course at times there have been little issues like she had been bitten by a child and then another time she was the biter (while in the 12 month class). Both scenarios were handled very professionally. Whenever there is a concern about my child, they bring it up even though I'm sure it must be difficult at times. I definitely appreciate the input because they know what milestones etc. to look for. It's also great because she has really healthy attachments with her teachers and the staff. Many of them have been there the entire time she's been going there and you can tell they are excited to see her grow! Robert has been very professional and compassionate in all of my dealings with him. I highly recommend the Goddard school!

The teachers and staff genuinely seem to care about the children, their well-being, and their development. And the teachers are true partners with parents, working with the children on skills for their age and keeping parents informed about how their child is doing. When we walk in the door every morning, the positive energy is just exploding and the welcome from each and every employee is the best way to start our day. My son loves the teachers and thoroughly enjoys this facility. We toured several daycares when we were pregnant and found only two that we would even consider sending our child. I love that there are no screens for the kids, they have dedicated outdoor time everyday when the weather is nice, and there are cameras in the rooms for parents to peak in on their kids during the day. I never feel like we need the camera to make sure he's being treated correctly, but being able to see him playing and interacting with the other kids brings a lot of joy. The teachers send a daily report and there are nearly always photos. I'm so thankful we found such a wonderful place to provide childcare.

My husband and I met with Kasha in August of 2012 and have never looked back. After sending our two girls through the program, we see the value was beyond exceptional. Our girls learned to love and honor themselves and they are so ahead of the game. Their teachers were amazed at how polished and prepared they were for school. Ms. Hayden is a miracle when it comes to education and we welcome her into our village. Our daughters, who are now in first and second grade, are excelling in school and in all of their social environments. The biggest thing is the love and safety that Little Lambs provides. Kasha isn't always there, of course, but everyone these loves the children and want only what is best for them emotionally and academically. Oh and she feeds them well. We could never serve them school food because they just aren't used to eating that way. Little Lambs thinks of every possible way to nurture your children. I wish that we could stay home and homeschool but they certainly got the next best thing at Little Lambs Learning Lab. I just can't express our gratitude for the foundation our daughters received at Little Lambs. Having a licensed teacher versus a daycare teacher has really set them apart.

Randy and Janet are like family to me. I still visit when possible. The kids do not watch TV all day. They get play time, educational activites such as practicing writing (I learned how to write here which prepared me for kindergarten), and craft time (painting, coloring, etc). They throw parties for the kids on holidays and treat the children here like their own. The whole potty training thing on the other review is a boldface lie. They absolutely allow the children to use toilet paper and they of course wipe the children at every diaper change (and of course use baby powder and diaper rash ointment if necessary). I don't know how a parent that is there for drop off and pickup would claim something like that. I've been there as the child - all day - I think I would know better. Also yes, sometimes kids cry. If a kid is crying because they had to go to time out or a baby/ toddler is crying when they've been put down for a nap (fed, burped, dry, and clean of course) they obviously aren't going to pander to the child because they don't want to sleep or sit in time out. I am dumbfounded by the other review. They always take the best care of the children. Not to mention I've seen the other bigger pre schools in the area. The classes are so large that the children can't learn, the main focus is on just keeping them occupied. This childcare provides an experience that is educational and keeps the kids comfortable (the home environment is a lot less scary than a bigger pre school). Just look to me as an example. I am a college student majoring in biotechnology, and I graduated high school with technical and academic honors. I still look back on my time spent here fondly, and I look forward to when I can see Randy and Janet again.

She does not usually lock the door and several times when picking up my child she was asleep in her chair while children ran around the downstairs. In the few months we had our child there, aside from the initial interview, we never saw her get out of her chair, not even when children were crying and screaming. She doesn't use baby wipes when changing pee diapers or allow the children to use tp when potty trained for #1. Please investigate fully before sending your child here, we were able to find stimulating childcare from a reliable lady that cares about our child for cheaper.

I've often tried to sift through all our years and determine what they most learned/received at Orchard and if I had to pick one attribute (and there are many), I'd pick confidence. They are all confident public speakers. For example, when my daughter was a junior in high school, she won an award that required her to speak at a dinner with over 400 people present. I tried several times to get her to practice and review her speech in advance, knowing that the previous recipient had a professional speech writer. In frustration, one evening she said, "Mom, I went to Orchard. Don't worry." She delivered a flawless speech without notes. They are all confident about their ability to learn. Orchard likes to say they help create lifelong learners and they do. Each of our children knows how to learn and they like to learn. They are all confident expressing themselves to anyone. In high school, their teachers observed that unlike many shy teens they were not afraid to ask questions and advocate for themselves or for others. And, this has continued throughout their college and post-graduate years. Orchard invites and teaches children how to respectfully approach adults. At Orchard, education is not just about science, English, history, etc. While these are important, it's also about helping develop good people and preparing them for the future.

They are very flexible in what specific days you need M-F. You pack their own lunches and snacks. They have a cute playground that is perfect size for toddlers. You communicate with their team through an app and they send cute pictures throughout the day and let us know any important info. There's special events on different holidays where parents can watch them do Halloween parades and Christmas performances. She learned SO much here and their program is educational and extremely beneficial for littles. My daughter is now ultra-ready for kindergarten by spending 2 years here, and she made so many friends. We felt very safe having our daughter here. I will recommend this preschool to everyone!
