My husband and I have recently encountered some very disturbing circumstances regarding the HVAC system in our apartment. I called the local health department seeking someone to do a air quality check as we were just staying sick and getting worse. She directed me to look on the internet for Quality Air Tests...That is how we found Kevin. Long story short Kevin came to us and tested our apartment, we learned that we had been breathing very toxic mold as a result of poor maintenance not only in the HVAC system but also proving that maintenance had spray painted directly over this toxic mold in the bathroom and closets. We are now out of the environment and undergoing testing as we had actually been inhaling and ingesting these toxins. We are slowly getting better, and we thank the Good Lord for leading us to Quality Air Consultants. Kevin rendered to us the reports necessary to give to our landlord, and doctors proving reason beyond any doubt that our illnesses were directly related to these toxins. We are also going to use these reports during the litigation process and it has been very helpful to our attorney. This was so unnecessary, as if only the responsible maintenance and management persons would have cared to do their job correctly, they would have noticed 35 years of mold growth in the drain tray of our HVAC system. There wasn't even a drain outlet for the water to run off. Hence we discovered a two foot tray by two inches high of Aspergillius Penicillium Cladisporium etc... It was like some sort of gelatinous mess! Now if you are a country music fan then you have heard that sweet song by Alabama; "Angels Among Us" When I think of how Blessed we were to have Kevin go out of his way to do our test at a very affordable rate; I know this song is true. The song says "THEY COME TO YOU AND ME IN OUR DARKEST HOURS, TO SHOW US HOW TO LIVE, TO TEACH US HOW TO GIVE, TO GUIDE US WITH THE LIGHT OF LOVE" " THEY WEAR SO MANY FACES THEY SHOW UP IN THE STRANGEST PLACES ,TO GRACE US WITH THEIR MERCY IN OUR TIME OF NEED" Amen to that, Thank you Kevin Griffis for extending the hand of God's Loving Kindness. John…read morewith Prism did a fabulous, honest and thorough inspection of the home and found issues that were very serious and hazardous that we wouldn't have known about until it might have been too late. The inspection was peanuts compared to the shoddy, irresponsible work that had been done on a home, most likely all without permits and the possible risk of danger to our family. The report was one of the most complete, easy to read with pictures to show the problems and wad 104 pages! One of the sad parts to me is that the little house I fell in love with had too many costly and dangerous issues and we had to back out but the most important sad part was that someone would list a house without making the repairs or disclosing them because they were very hazardous. I sincerely hope they are fixed before the house goes back on the market or some family buys it without doing an inspection with Prism. Thank you, John and Prism, for having such ethical inspections that cover everything, whether it's cosmetic or something very hazardous. We will be using them again on the next house we plan to purchase.

Mr. Hopkins performed a home inspection on house that I am under contract in Sun City and provided some level of detail that would make any buyer feel they received their moneys worth. I received the written inspection report the same day as the inspection. The inspection was thorough with clear write-ups of each area of concern or noted defect. I highly recommend Ed for any home purchase inspection.
