If it wasn't for their failure to live up to the promised level of customer service, this would be a four or even a five star rating. The problem I have is with their shipping. They promise same day shipping on many of their items ( please see the attached photo which is a screen grab from their website highlighting this process). Unfortunately in none of the many orders I have placed with them have I ever gotten same day, or even the day after shipping. The average shipping time for my last few orders has been about 4-5 days before items ship. That's about 8-9 days before the item shows up. I placed an order on Monday morning this week. It's now Thursday and nothing has been updated on the order. The last order I received had a shipping notice created four days later but notification that it was received by the post office took two more days. The order from placing to receiving was 12 days. The best thing one can say about their shipping speed is that it usually gets there sometime. Now this would probably not be a big problem for most orders but it is a sticking point in that they promise SAME DAY SHIPPING. Failure to consistently live up to shipping promises equals lousy customer service. If they can't deliver when you say they can, then don't make the promise. Again Track of the Wolf offers nice quality products but nothing gets anywhere fast. They are not the place to go to if you expect the service and shipping they promise.

We always enjoy their waterfall/mountain display or taxidermy animals and the live fresh water fish aquarium. It's a great place to go with kids. This year we tried the mini donuts that were for sale in a food truck by the entrance. Yum! They were so light and fluffy.

Scott is very welcoming and a wonderful advisor on skates, equipment and sharpening. I get the flat bottom edge on my skates.
