Located in the Century 21 Plaza on Colorado Blvd right across Jersey Mike's. It is brand new, spacious and inviting. I came in to get an International Driver's Permit and was assisted by Rachel. She was so professional, attentive, super-friendly and efficient. She has just worked there less than a week and with her demeanor and knowledge, it seemed she had worked there for a longer time. Being a member is great and it is worth having a membership, especially since I like road trips and travel internationally a lot. The International Permit only cost $20 and the pictures were free (being a member). It is good for one year. Rachel works next to Joey and there are a lot of seasoned agents that can help with any travel needs.

In retrospect I should have saw the red flags - one sentence emails from the agent (Betsy Everhart) not even CCing both me and my girlfriend. We paid in advance, and when got to our destination in Belize, no connecting flights were booked. When I provided confirmation code, was told it was invalid (this was only given a 'quote code' that didn't help). I tired calling the 'Weekend Flights' emergency number and no one answered. The trip was off to a terrible start, and I had to go out of pocket to book the connecting flights myself and it took 3 weeks and barrage of emails to get a refund, because the office phone line just has a perpetual busy signal. Other details of the "All Inclusive" package at the resort were also not covered (Breakfasts - fortunately was able to negotiate with the resort for that). All in all very sloppy service, not customer oriented, unable to reach anyone on a phone, and slow to respond for refunds. We would have been better off to book everything ourselves, would have saved a lot of time and money and certainly tons of aggravation.

There was a transfer company that took us from the Millenium Hotel to the train station. Each transfer as we hopped from hotel to hotel and city to city was seamless. Flawless attention to details! Thomas had an endless array of recommended tours for each city. He gave us choices on hotels, what we deemed important which, as mentioned earlier, included proximity to the cities we visited, breakfast included and excellent staff at each and every hotel. We would still be at the Heathrow Airport in London endeavoring to find transportation without all of his excellent attention to details. Absolutely amazing work by Thomas! He is impeccable in his attention to detail, thoughtful and without a doubt phenomenal! We will be using him again on our next trip to Europe! A family member died unexpectedly while traveling abroad and my family was tasked with bringing them home with no notice. Jean at BBT was able to help us get travel arranged but she was quite slow and used very "old school" methods. If you like smart phones, computers or even the simplest technology, go elsewhere. This was not cheap as well. We paid her over $500 and I will never do that again. I had my family member call her on my behalf after I had left to set up one last hotel for me, as she said to do ("at no extra charge", her words), and almost two months later they were billed $75 to book that hotel. Other family members used various travel agencies for this big trip abroad and spent between $90-$150, TOTAL. Honestly, go somewhere else, you'll be glad you did.

Check into these guys for sure. Last December I joined them for the annual ski trip to Steamboat Colorado. This trip has been happening for over 10 years at this point and I finally decided I would go and check things out for myself. I can honestly say I had a blast. I met a ton of people and although I am not a skier I was welcomed with open arms by all several hundred people who joined in the fun as well. I've never traveled with a large group of people so this was a whole new experience for me. I was fortunate through happy hours and gatherings prior to have met some great people and decided on my roommates in advance so we could sign up together. The price for me as a Non Skier was fantastic to be honest. You can plan your trip to suit your specific schedule over about a 7 days span if you wish. We all decided to go for 4 days. Depending on your group size or your specific needs there are several places you can get accommodations. We had a great condo with some really fun upstairs neighbors who were also on the trip. There are plenty of activities planned if you want to partake or you can just do your own thing with a few or a lot of people. A lot of the organizers for events are volunteer so I was also hijacked by a few friends to help out with the Saturday night Pub crawl through town. The great thing about it was, we were so welcomed by the locals and Outdoors Co has set up shuttles to pick us up at the last stop so none of that pesky worrying about how to get back or any of the other things that could happen as a result of a festive nights pub crawl. Looks like dates for this years trip have already been posted. Still trying to decided between winter or spring vacation. I have heard rumor of some new trips to warmer climates being added this year.

Rude, arguementative, and I couldn't get a word in edgewise. I repeated 3 times for this person to stop interrupting me, and the response I got was "I'm not your kid", followed by a hang up. You all NEED to realize that your job in customer service is about the customer, and not whether someone peed in your Cherrios this morning. Do better.
