My wife and I used to spend tens of hours figuring out where to go and planning our trip (again...life is short and vacations are limited so we find it worthwhile to ensure they're amazing). Renae has not only freed up those tens of hours of planning time by taking the planning off our plate but we also end up vacationing in way better places at better value than if we were to do the planning ourselves. On our last trip, we booked a nonrefundable stay through Renae and our son unfortunately came down with strep throat the day before we were meant to leave. We had to cancel and thought we'd be on the hook for our entire trip costs but Renae, thanks to the strong relationship she'd clearly built with the hotel, was able to get us a FULL refund on our trip. A family member died unexpectedly while traveling abroad and my family was tasked with bringing them home with no notice. Jean at BBT was able to help us get travel arranged but she was quite slow and used very "old school" methods. If you like smart phones, computers or even the simplest technology, go elsewhere. This was not cheap as well. We paid her over $500 and I will never do that again. I had my family member call her on my behalf after I had left to set up one last hotel for me, as she said to do ("at no extra charge", her words), and almost two months later they were billed $75 to book that hotel. Other family members used various travel agencies for this big trip abroad and spent between $90-$150, TOTAL. Honestly, go somewhere else, you'll be glad you did.
