I called them the night before my flight to request that a cab pick me up in the morning. I called again in the morning (2 hours before) and confirmed my arrangements. The operator acknowledged that arrangements had been requested the night before and said someone would be out at the time I indicated. I had to call multiple times to make sure the cab was on it's way. Finally, when he got there, he was considerably LATE! This caused a huge mess. 1. He didn't know where he was going. Got lost. 2. He didn't have a credit card machine in his cab so he had to call in the payment. This took FOREVER and got me there EXTRA EXTRA LATE. 3. I missed my flight. 4. Had to rebook. 5. He assured me he would be there, and he was always good about that in the past. But this time he never showed. He didn't even call, just didn't show up. Because of that I missed my appointment, which was to check the incision on the back of my neck from a recent surgery. Since I missed the appointment I did not know that the incision had become infected, since I couldn't see it. I ended up in the hospital for five nights and had to have another surgery to control the infection and am still on drugs to control it.
