He doesn't even understand the term transcript. Lawyer up buddy, your stories are ridiculous. *UPDATE: the owner of this business "Adam S" has since changed his comment review reply because of the slander and lies he wrote. Maybe it kicked in that he knows other people can read this along with everything he wrote will be used against him. Luckily for him I now have the entire transcript like I said plus his original comments and threats.

The driver called 30 minutes ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. Unfortunately, he arrived late. I called to tell him that if he didn't arrive in 5 minutes, I would cancel the reservation. He said he was there, but I was standing outside and told him he wasn't in front of the house. He then said he was a minute away. He didn't even get out of the van to help with my luggage, and I pre-tipped 20%, which ended up being a mistake. I won't be using this service in the future.

Visitors BEWARE!!! VERY UNRELIABLE!!!…read more I only gave one star because I had to in order to write this review. I would happily give them zero stars. I called them the night before my flight to request that a cab pick me up in the morning. I called again in the morning (2 hours before) and confirmed my arrangements. The operator acknowledged that arrangements had been requested the night before and said someone would be out at the time I indicated. I had to call multiple times to make sure the cab was on it's way. Finally, when he got there, he was considerably LATE! This caused a huge mess. 1. He didn't know where he was going. Got lost. 2. He didn't have a credit card machine in his cab so he had to call in the payment. This took FOREVER and got me there EXTRA EXTRA LATE. 3. I missed my flight. 4. Had to rebook. 5. Had to pay a rebooking fee. 6. Had to spend SIX long hours in the Lincoln airport waiting for the next flight. Nothing to do there, by the way. 7. Changing my flight meant changing arrangements at home, too. 8. Had to rearrange for pick-up 9. Made it home SIX hours later than I would have. I called the cab company to request a refund of my fare as well as the rebooking fee because I felt that was fair. I spoke to a man who did not give me his name but identified himself as the boss. He said, "I AM the superior," with a ton of arrogance in his voice. 1. He blamed ME for the situation. He was extremely condescending. 2. He minimized the severity. 3. After reiterating my point multiple times, he said he would only reimburse my cab fare, NOT my rebooking fee. 4. He was a jerk and told me I should have called another company, which I GLADLY would have had I known this is how he ran his business. Keep in mind, this was a regular Wednesday morning. It wasn't game day or even a weekend. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN. Later I found out that this is typical of them. I was told that sometimes they don't show up at all. So, PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK.

He assured me he would be there, and he was always good about that in the past. But this time he never showed. He didn't even call, just didn't show up. Because of that I missed my appointment, which was to check the incision on the back of my neck from a recent surgery. Since I missed the appointment I did not know that the incision had become infected, since I couldn't see it. I ended up in the hospital for five nights and had to have another surgery to control the infection and am still on drugs to control it. If he had called I could have taken an Uber and the infection would have been found before it got this bad. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!

We started with the spinach lavash from the happy hour menu mostly because we had a hangry almost 2 year old with us and it was very very good would come back just for that. For the tasting menu I started with the crab cake and my wife the calamari. Both had really good sauces that accompanied them. The calamari was strips instead of rings which grew on me and I really enjoyed. I had the salmon main dish which was cooked perfectly. Nice and flaky and the sauce/glaze with it gave it an extra punch of flavor. The veggies were also great. My wife did the stuffed tortellini which she said was very very good as well. Then for dessert we did the brownie/ice cream and the banana split. The banana split was okay just is what it is. I wish I would've ordered the lemon bars instead but that's no fault of Taxis. The brownie was the star of the desserts. The service was very friendly and patient with us and our young child which we appreciated. Definitely will be back.
