A bunch of other parts were not on correctly and or not tightened. Jack the owner was very decent to deal with unfortunately the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Speaking about the hourly pay rate in front of customers was unacceptable to me. Also my 18 year old son was told $500 for his lift to be done. They called him and told him it would now be $800 after they had the vehicle there and half torn apart. I explained to the owner this was unacceptable and he adjusted the bill to $628.51 still more than the agreed amount but I had no choice ...When rough country calls for 3.5 hours for a do it yourself at home job. I took my business elsewhere and gladly spent $5,600 in upgrades and another $100+ to fix the lift that was incorrectly installed by yipes.

According to Kyle, the business automatically sets the car starter for 15 mins. This is done without asking the consumer. I mentioned before purchase that I wanted 20 mins. After expressing my concern regarding the run time, Kyle was very rude and said 15 mins 20 mins whats the difference? The difference is 5 mins and that his name is not on my paycheck. When asked to reset the time, Kyle was not willing to make the change. I was made to feel as if it was my fault for not asking more questions. Spoke with Yipes owner and he was willing to accommodate a change request; however, expressed no empathy for the less than positive interaction I experienced with salesperson Kyle. I did not feel comfortable returning to Yipes in Williston for any further service. Do not recommend Yipes in Williston VT. The salesperson at Yipes in Plattsburg NY was more helpful and friendly. Also the Yipes in NY is less expensive. Note: My request to extend the run time was a very easy request and took less than a half hour to make the change.

Would not recommend doing business with them, unless you enjoy being belittled. I may be naive about this subject matter, I understand that, but the flippant attitude and rude remarks were not going to convince me, or anyone else for that matter, to spend the "$800 minimum" he demanded for a camera installation at his place of business.
