They have missed a couple of appointments in the past because of their scheduling errors. Only to be told by Mark that we should go our own ways because they didn't want to take the blame and comp my account. Piss poor service from my stand point ! I would not recommend their company to anyone looking for a pest control company! Very unprofessional the way they handled customer service. My final note would be that Braden would come out in his own car and pull a backpack sprayer out of his trunk which is also very unprofessional in my book. But I never complained and always paid on time. Hope the world sees this review and your company goes out of business in the future Mark! Thanks for being an ASS.

This place was my third laundromat since relocating to Kansas. The others were okay, but this place was great! Super clean, two people cleaning all the time. The equipment is new and you can use coins or the app. The dryers had a cool-down at the end of the cycle, so my shirts didn't wrinkle. Well lit, well maintained, tons of laundry carts for use, and did I mention the place was clean? If you have to do laundry at a laundromat, I would suggest The Laundry House.
