Lauren, the service tech calls 3 hrs prior to the start time of the window. He arrived 10minutes early of the earliest of the window. He was there 3 minutes, diagnosed the problem and confirmed the I.M. was shot. Replaced it in 5 minutes. Ran diagnostics and out the door all within 15 minutes.
