While there are definitely some treasures and deals to be found, it's ultimately a downgrade in quality from the previous location, at least at the current time. I also want to note that despite loudly advertising that "all clothing is $2.98," they have a section at the front of higher priced clothing items. I admit I think this is a rather duplicitous business practice. It also seems random what clothes are put up there. Some of it was the same fast fashion that infests the rest of the clothing racks, while some finer materials and true vintage was languishing on the $2.98 racks. It just didn't make sense to me! It's worth a stop if you're in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way for Frugal's.

The way the store is organized is superb, it gives you a walkway so no awkward stumbling like in many other stores in the legends. It also marks it by sex and size. They also have the shoes in the back once you get done shopping. The clothes are cheaper than online, they had a buy one get one 50% off but we weren't going to do that because one of the joggers is already 45, but they have a 20% military discount, so that made it helpful. Disappointed we looked for a similar format and found this City Thrift Outlet/Bins store and had a blast with the by the pound clothing/fabric format. We spent about $65 and got a Sleep Number throw that weighed over 5lbs but retails for around 60-99 roughly that my daughter loves and we got some fun clothes for fall at great prices. Just washed and we're excited to wear/use our items! Books at $1 is great too. Grace at the checkout was great. Personable and friendly, she complimented some of our selections, offered a rewards/points sign up, and was just all around good people. I will definitely go back when back in the area again, especially if I have my 9 & 13 year old with me. I only took one star off as clothing was rather unsurprisingly dirty in some cases, with holes and stains. With this format I expected some of it.
