At first the associate asked if she could help. i don't wear foundation often so i thought id ask if she recommended anything. the foundation she recommended. we sat down and tried it on my skin, the product that she put on my face caused my skin to break out. she then proceeded to bring more products over trying to upsell me, in the beginning it was fine but she continued to give me compliments as if trying to get me to buy more products. i told her i need to check pricing to see if it was in budget. then she continued to show different products. i chose to just get a skincare product that she recommended which works great! when we got to the register she said that because i am over 18 she could give me 35% off without explaining that i would be signing up for a credit card. Which was very discouraging that she wouldn't explain and would degrade me for not wanting to "save" money. Love the store but that was extremely frustrating.

Stopped in for the first time in a couple of decades yesterday to look for some casual dress shirts…read moreand jeans. During my 30 minutes in store, I never saw an associate on the floor. The selection of short sleeve button ups was greatly lacking, yet signs everywhere urging you to go online to shop. If I wanted to buy online, I'd have stayed at home, I want to try on my clothes before paying. I did find a selection of jeans that were $50 marked down to $34.99. I checked to make sure the sign matched the brand and style of jeans that I had selected and finally found the un-marked dressing rooms. Perfect fit. At the register the jeans rang up for $50; when I told the clerk that the sign said different, she just shrugged and said"sorry". Well so am I, I'm sorry you had to restock the jeans and I'm sorry that I wasted my time in your store...it won't happen again.

I bought a dress last week that's didn't fit. I decided to go today to exchange it for something else. When I went to check out I had bought the $8 dollar dress and wasn't being given the exchange for my previous buy. Upon looking at the receipt I see that I was being charged for the dress I had brought from home instead of having an exchange in it place. I was being charged for the same dress TWICE!! The employee doing my checkout didn't know what she was doing and had to get a manager to do my check out. It was $8 and cents for my buy and I gave a $20 bill. I was supposed to have received $10+ back but instead got back $2. When I confronted the manager on why I was being charged for the same dress TWICE he proceeded to say that the transaction was completed and that they didn't give refunds. I said I didn't get my exchange for the dress so I would just be taking it back home since I had already purchased it last week. Still charged twice for it and didn't get my my money back. There was no winning with him. I'm never going back to this store. I had heard bad stories about the place and finally confirmed it myself today!!

It's set up like a real book store- with sections of different subjects and the fiction categorized by author's last name. There's a HUGE selection of books! When we went to checkout we found out everything is 30% off on Wednesdays- wow! What a treat! Our checkout lady was super sweet too. I'm rarely in Liberty, but if I ever am again I'll definitely go here again for some treasures.

You can definitely tell they deal with a lot of theft as there is signage everywhere warning people against it and a lost prevention guy guarding the entrance at all times. They carry all types of clothes, brand new, name brand, still in style and the price is amazing. It is a nice store that doesn't look or smell like a dirty thrift store. We have found our new place to shop. We also found a beautiful vegetable cart here. There's a little of everything. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because y oh u still have to take a lot of time to browse and dig to find the right clothes in the right size. It's not awful, but they could organize a little better.
