I went back an hour later with another car, a new BMW X6 which they originally said would cost $200. When I got there they insisted it would cost $450 due to "special expensive oil". They became very defensive and I left. I called the BMW dealer in Woodbury, Orange County and they said the dealer charges $130 for an oil change on that car. So here's the deal: You can charge a premium for convenience, but this is a total RIPOFF and it's really a shame because I live nearby and it would be convenient to use your business for all my cars. They are extremely professional guarantee their work for life and really tend to the customers needs. They're the kind of place that if you don't need a full detail and just needed a basic detail, they will charge you the appropriate amount. I set my car in there for a full detail. They did not need a full detail and needed partial, and I was built for that while expecting to pay for a full detail. I can't say more about this wonderful new business and how they've gotten my attention. I used to have to drive all the way to Middletown and having three vehicles. She arrived frazzled and parked a full lane away from the curb, then told us we were not allowed to touch our own luggage due to "DOT regulations." After arriving home--an hour and a half later--we discovered she never loaded two of our bags into the van. When we tried to address it, she became combative, offered no help whatsoever, and simply drove off. Thankfully, when we contacted JFK, they found the luggage left in the road where she had been parked. My husband had to make a three-hour round-trip drive to retrieve everything as soon as we got home. We only asked for reimbursement of the basic expenses we were forced to pay out of pocket: $40 gas $60 parking $20 to the person who safeguarded the luggage A total of $120--not even counting tolls, time, or inconvenience. She refused to compromise and claimed she had turned all communication over to her lawyer. This entire experience was unacceptable from start to finish. DO NOT USE THEM.
