I did a little research, and Xquisite came up and from the reviews I read, I figured I would give it a shot. Jenny took me on with little notice and she seriously NAILED IT! I have never been happier with a haircut. The entire time she was professional, and when I was in her chair, she took her time. Generally haircuts for me are about 30 minutes; I was in her chair for an hour. I've received several compliments on my new hair, and I am thrilled by it! I highly recommend this salon. We moved to Trilogy in Denver in July 2020 and after problems with the reservations system my…read moreformer stylist was using in Cornelius, it became time to look for a new stylist. Tried Sports Clips in Denver which was pretty good at first, but the reservations system went way downhill very quickly. Their reservations system does not compensate for walk in or if the patron brings a guest which throws everything off. Tried Great Clips and their computer system was not even working. Moved on to Roosters in Cornelius in their new location next to Publix until the stylist I requested overbooked and I ended up waiting over an hour beyond my scheduled time and still had not gotten my hair cut at which time I left. Tried The Kilted Buffalo in Birkdale and the young lady who cut my hair was the only person working so she ended up cutting, being the bartender and answering the phone. Not a smooth flow of getting one's hair cut. Back to Sports Clips in Denver and while it went pretty smooth at first, back to the same issues with reservations. My wife and I went to the Buffet at Butcher Boy's in Denver/Sherrills Ford this morning and she commented on the Perfect Gentleman and asked if I had ever tired it. Of course the answer was no. After sitting in Sports Clips well beyond my scheduled appointment, I told them to take my name off of the board. I had been listed as #1 for the entire time I was there. Went home and I started looking for alternative places for a haircut. That is when my wife suggested the Perfect Gentleman. Went on their website to check them out and they had everything I needed except "do they take credit cards" (They do). Called and found out the hours listed were incorrect but the owner said she would update. They are closed tomorrow which is Sunday but Tina Marie asked if I could come this afternoon. I've found a new home. They are fantastic. Walk in the door and there is a nice comfortable waiting area to the left. On the right is a line of barber chairs. Big difference from when this was an Ice Cream Shop. My hair was cut by Tina Marie who is also the Owner of Perfect. I have thin fine hair so hard to work with. It looks the best in has looked in years and with the layering, looks fuller and more robust. I was so impressed, I went ahead and booked my next appointment in 5 weeks. Highly recommend.

Even better the second time!!…read more After my first visit to Perfect Gentlemen, I knew I had found my new go-to spot, but my second experience just confirmed it even more. Chloe once again delivered an incredible haircut, but what really stood out this time was just how much I enjoy the overall vibe of this place. The atmosphere is relaxed, the conversations are always easy and enjoyable, and you can tell the staff genuinely love what they do. This isn't just about getting a great haircut (which you absolutely will)--it's about feeling like you're in a place that values its customers and makes the experience enjoyable from start to finish. If you're looking for more than just a quick cut and actually want a place you look forward to visiting, this is it.
