They kept sending a bill although only 112$ but did not care it was under warranty as I had to pay for the service call. I left messages for the owner to call many times with no response. Beware: They are the worst example of a company who does not honor their inferior materials with work. I paid this as I feel they were ready to place a lien for this.

After we had been rescheduled several times because no one showed up and I made follow up phone calls, I was told that our leak under the sink must be my cleaning supplies (that are stored in plastic totes) must be leaking. The technician/owner was the one who even made the connection between the rain and the leak, but refused to go under the house to check. He did ask me if the water pressure changed and I said no, but I have five very small children. It's very possible it has and I never even noticed. He made his diagnosis in about 10 minutes without running the dishwasher or garbage disposal. There was no looking into anything. When I reached out I was told he would reopen our ticket with American Home Shield and come make it right. He also said he'd let me know what AHS said with a follow up phone call. He never called me back, I got a call from AHS instead saying the ticket had been closed and I'd have to pay another deposit to open it with a different contractor instead. I will be following up with AHS when the holiday is over, but in the meantime if you see this company come up on your home warranty claim call and make sure you get someone else.
