I have NEVER encountered such ridiculous and horrible customer service in my life!!! We had them install a filtration system for our in ground pool and immediately encountered problems with the system. Any time we would call to ask for help we were told, by Candace, that Doug would be getting a hold of us to schedule services or repairs. He would never call and then when we would reach out again we would be told that he was out sick, or unavailable for one reason or another. I finally went down to the store to talk to Doug and he, of course, was not available because he was sick. So I got his direct number and continued to get the run around from him. At least at this point I could be sure it was due to HIS poor communication and it was not the fault of his employees. We waited a whole year. YES. A WHOLE YEAR. For a repair on the system and even then he would have to come back after not bringing the right tools or supplies for the job. That happened multiple times and we would only get to speak with him in person after our security cameras would alert us there was someone on our property because he would never let us know when he was coming or going.I can only assume he snuck around like that to avoid answering any questions we had face to face. Finally, the repair was done righas it was time to close the pool so we were not even able to make sure the repair was done correctly since we couldn't run the pump to make sure. We used them one last time to close the pool. After all of this we find that they ruined the pool liner when they closed the pool!!!! I wanted to go down to the store to ask how this happened and guess what?! They don't have a store anymore. I figured that was the end of them, but I did hear from someone that they are still in business they just closed the store which is why I'm submitting this review. Folks, if you are needing help with your pool services READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!! If I could have given less than one star or even negative stars, I would have.
