He saw it in a working mode, took pictures and said they will contact me and set the date for pick up. a day before the pick up (today) I asked them whether they assessed the tub and what were they willing to pay. They said "due to the age of the unit, they were only going to offer free removal". I told them to cancel. A 7' x 7' tub in a perfect working condition - for free? Nah, thank you, but no.

We got a refurbished Artic Spa that basically has all the key parts brand new. Darren also provided a remote control Wifi unit at cost. The NextGen brand new cover that came with the tub is extremely efficient and super high quality. The insulation in the cover works extremely well, it takes several hours before the tub loses a single degree F. Darren also did the electrical installation of and prep work, all done to extremely high quality with detailed planning. Would recommend NextGen to anybody in the market for a pre-owned tub or other services provided.

I had to go on google reviews to find who had the best service...and SML had great reviews!! I dealt with a gentleman named Glen...no pressure, knew his products and was very nice to speak with. I decided on a reconditioned tub at a fabulous deal!!! They stored it for me till I could have it hooked up (4 months) I had a small issue with the heater in the first week and the office arrnaged a service call with in a few days.. Mike came out and fixed it and showed me how to do my weekly maintenance.. All in all very happy with this company!! Buying a tub is a big expense and I feel good having bought a Beachcomber tub!!
