I rented a party bus to take a number of folks (18 in all) from our house in Roswell to the wedding…read morevenue in midtown and back because we were going to continue the wedding festivities back at the house after we had to leave the venue. I booked nearly a month in advance and up until the day of the wedding, the company had been responsive and I had received fairly high customer service. The company had charged me in weekly installments and by the day of our event, I had fully paid them. Then on the day of my own wedding, I get a text and then some calls from the driver around 2 pm (the bus was due at out house at 4:30) saying they had to cancel on us because of issues with the bus. I like to think of myself as a reasonable guy and I get that buses can break down. But to find out a few hours beforehand that they have no other options for us, and on my wedding day, was infuriating and super stressful. The company made no other offers, such as a smaller bus and I never received a call or apology from the owner after this fiasco. (We were able to book another bus at the last moment from Action Limousines and they delivered excellent service.) Do not use this company. They do not deserve your business.

I want to start by first saying that when it comes to customer interaction and the upfitting…read moreservice that ATL Sprinters provides they have high standards for quality and comport themselves professionally. However if you are a vendor providing a service for them, or working adjacent to them I would excercise caution. I've worked with them on multiple occasions for a period of two months and although we were off to a good start, poor communication and a lack of direction made my work with them increasingly more difficult as time went on. Most corporate clients I have worked with have quidelines that provide collaborators with a quantitative/qualitative metric for acheiving the companies goal, but that has not been the case with ATL Sprinters. Since they are smaller upstart I was willing to continue working with them, but this led to several redundant time consuming revisions to content I delivered. I created prep materials to confirm I was capturing what they wanted, but the owner never reviewed the materials and complained about what was delivered. After explaining that their approach was not sustainable, and submitted an invoice that reflected this. Despite the fact that I was already providing my services below market value they disputed every charge, requested multiple invoice revisions, and ultimately ceased all communication when I declined to provide any further labor without payment. To my knowledge I am the second vendor to work for them in this capacity, and based on my experience I can see why my predecessor may have decided not to continue working for them. My point in writing this is not to discourage other vendors from working with them, (my grievances are my own and may not be applicable to the service you provide) but more as a warning that if you take them on as a client these are potential issues you can face. TLDR - -Charge your full rate and kit rental -Make no informal agreements, get it all in writing. -Invoice them for everything, mileage, office visits, etc. -Be very clear about your role and if a they make a request work that falls even slightly outside of your purview do not oblige.

Our previous transportation provider recently shut down so I looked to Yelp to obtain some quotes for a trip we had upcoming. Moe Khan and his communications were phenomenal. He provided us with a quote, followed up (but not in an annoying way) and ensured that we would not be let down if we made the decision to go with them. Pricing was very fair/reasonable but the customer service is what made us to decide to go with this company. All of our interactions with them felt personal and not just another transaction. I even had a question at 12:26 AM one morning and they responded back within 5 minutes of me sending over my question. WOW!!! The day of our travel the vehicle arrived right on time and Nabil Rana was another extension of this superb company and experience. Typically I do not like to talk when I am riding but we conversed the entire ride and it was truly enjoyable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the amenities offered were great (waters, gum, mints). The ride to the airport was quite enjoyable.
