I'm mad i can't give these FAUX platinum Bumtenders NEGATIVE stars!!!! I'm currently at a BIRTHDAY party that was supposed to have a cocktail hour starting at 7pm and as the photos show, there is absolutely NO bartender which means no drinks are being made because they are a NO SHOW! Ignoring all calls and texts, not giving the common courtesy to communicate with the BIRTHDAY girl whatsoever. They didn't even have to buy the liquor. It was provided already at the venue so all they had to do was SHOW UP and make drinks...LITERALLY! This is beyond unprofessional. I had a perfect birthday party thanks to Platinum. I hired a bartender, a bar back, and a party helper from Platinum, and they were so helpful and professional that I can't imagine having a party without them. I had them arrive an hour and a half before the party start time, and they really hunkered down and helped with everything that I needed - from juicing lemons for a specialty drink, to setting up chairs, to opening packages of cups, even moving furniture. They worked tirelessly throughout the party - no standing around. The party helper was even in charge of keeping my phone on hand, since I kept putting it down and losing track of it! They jumped in whenever there was anything that needed to be done - even helping clean up when a guest knocked over and shattered a full vase.
