I was rear-ended and this is the shop State Farm suggested. The front desk person there was awesome! She is professional, warm, and welcoming. I went for my estimate and to get scheduled. It was 3 weeks out which I wasn't thrilled with but accepted. They told me it would be 3 days and it was 2.5 days. Nice! The work performed was perfect!!! Plus I had a few scratches that had nothing to do with the accident. They fixed those at no additional charge. So nice! All that and a bag of cookies! LOL

As anybody with a brand new car knows, that first scratch is really frustrating, especially when it is a huge one down to the bare metal. I brought the car in based on some reviews of some buddies at work and they looked at it immediately. Brett then gave me 2 options on how to tackle the issue, one being the "proper" insurance way where the whole door gets repainted and blended which was priced like a proper body repair- this is where most places would stop and give you no choice. He also gave the option to do a touch-up with a wet sand and and buff which was substantially cheaper, so cheap in fact that I decided to try it first and if it didn't meet my standards I wouldn't really feel like I lost out while doing the full door paint and blend. Well anyway I dropped the car off the next day in the morning and by lunchtime it was already done. Not only was the repair incredibly done, the whole car was cleaner than when I bought it new! This was actually several months ago and the repair is still as good as the day it was done. So the place isn't just great because they do good work, it's good because they don't just try and gouge you and actually give you options.

They told us we had a certain problem, quoted us a price and it would take a couple of days. when we picked it up, it was 3 days later then what they said, and a few extra hundred dollars more without letting us know. Within 24 hours later, the engine light went back on, we contacted them right away, brought it back in, and they told us it was another problem. Once again, they had our car longer than told, and we spent another $1,000. The first time it was almost $1200. when we brought it home once again, the engine light came on, we called them, and they said it was probably a different problem then the last two times they worked on it, within a week time. but we didn't take it back there! The shop we took it to, told us it was only our gas cap, and it costed less than $200!! and we got the car that same day and they took it to the emissions place and it passed. Let alone the price difference, the time difference, and they went to get the emissions test done and passed it for us, was absolutely wonderful! The place we took our car was Car Care. and they were wonderful!! i feel like I wasted so much money and I had to cancel so many different appointments when I brought it to Pit Shop. we won't be going back!

My vehicles always come home cleaner than what they were when I brought them to the shop. They have been able to add decals to a Jeep Wrangler, running boards to a Dodge Durango, detail a few of our vehicles as well as replace and paint body parts from personal claims that we did not want to go through insurance, while other accidents we did use insurance. We are VERY pleased with the quality service, communication, personal care and how they help us save money. It was a great shock for me to find that they wrote me a note in my car mentioning that they replaced my licsence plate bulbs which I didn't even know where out! Moberg's was able to tell him exactly what needed to be done and performed the required work for $1200. So, I just recently brought my 2009 Honda Fit in to get the clutch replaced and diagnose a screech when I started in cold weather. Mike was able to diagnose that I did not need a new clutch and the screech was most likely from a worn serpentine belt. Total $150. They could have easily just replaced the clutch and made a lot more $ and I wouldn't have known the difference. Now that is remarkable (shouldn't be but in these times it is). I would tell anyone to go there for good, reliable, honest work.
