They also preferred having the customer involved during the painting process so problems that popped up could be resolved quickly. I also liked that they used great paint - Dunn Edwards Ultra-Premium EVERSHIELD paint to be precise. I used Eggshell on the body to help repel water and Satin on the trim and accent. During prep, they installed 3 foam corbels to replace the original wood ones that had rotted out because they were never primed when the house was originally built in 2006. David was project manager with José and Pablo doing the painting. They began painting on 30 April 2026; They worked thru the weekend to avoid a bit of rain on Monday; Let it dry out on Tuesday with final touchups on Wednesday 6 May. José and Pablo were the work horses, and I was amazed at their painting techniques, spraying and double rolling to embed the paint into the stucco, and their deftness with handling the brush on the trim.
