I called them on a Sunday evening around 5 p.m. completely expecting to get an answering machine and leave a message so they could contact me Monday about some billing and secduling at my church. To my absolute surprise someone was in the office . Although they were not open this individual still picked up the phone and took the time to answer all my questions . He stated even though he's not in that department they will make sure to touch base with me on Monday. In a day and age where customer service is almost non-existent. This person cares enough about his position in the company and cared about the customer's and the company enough to pick up the phone. I SHOULD HAVE STOPPED SOONER! This place has about everything you might want for your garage and lawn. A huge selection of Bosch, Stihl, Dewalt, Milwaukee and other tools. Thousands of bits and blades. But back to my issue... they had some trouble finding my carb since the trimmer was almost 20 years old. But the super helpful guys called to their Brighton store and were able to track down the part number history from a manual there. And I was in luck... they even had the carb in stock! While there I picked up a handful of other items I've been needing. I think I could have spent a few hours in there checking everything out. If you are a woodworker, landscaper (your own yard or professional), contractor, mason, etc then you definitely need to check out this place!
