However we were there for about thirty minutes and were the only ones on a Saturday afternoon, so spot snagging may be easy. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted and allowed to just browse the store. So many cool pieces in here and beautiful items, all beautifully staged. I didn't find my 'right' piece but did see a lot I would love to have in a perfect world. You can also browse on their website if you can't make it in person. West Elm has declined so much we will never be ordering from them again. Buyer beware and be mindful that you can never rely on them until you actually get the physical delivery.

The couch is now about six years old and we still love it. The sofa we made in 2019 gets more than 10 out of 10 stars. Everyone who comes over or falls in love with it. More recently, I came in last week to help my nephew pick out a sofa. The owner she's really awesome. She offered us a really good deal on one that was already there. But we could not fit it in my nephew's apartment. So we decided to custom make one. We couldn't be happier with the result of our design. We just submitted it. She made some recommendations to make sure that it sits well and feels well. We should have it in a couple of weeks.

After searching for months online, I finally found Sofa Club through Yelp. I showed up once and talked to the owner. She helped me think about dimensions, material, color, etc. I went home and did some measurements in my home and came back a few weeks later to design it in person with her. I sat on couches, felt different materials, and found the most beautiful fabric on one of their swatches. It only took 8 days to create and deliver my couch. It's incredibly comfortable, I love the style, fabric and color. And it was a little over 2k, which I think is perfectly reasonable for the quality, materials and care that went into making this couch. Admittedly, I was a hard customer to service. The store offered delivery to our home for around $100, on a weekday that worked for you. There was a miscommunication between me and the store manager. I thought that they were going to delivery my furniture on a Wednesday, so I took the day off of work. When I realized on the day, that the manager and I had misunderstood each other, I was pretty angry but he stayed completely accommodating and courteous. Very professional. He even offered to arrange delivery to my house over the weekend, so that I wouldn't have to take another day off from work. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for unique and timeless pieces.
