The only problem I had was the manager. When I first checked in for my 8 days in the hotel, I informed her I was a Diamond elite member. I do this because I check in through a workplace app instead of the IHG app. This way they can be sure to add my points. The manager became rude and belligerent asking me if I thought I was special and she didn't care that I was Diamond elite. Maybe she had a bad day?
