I returned the next day to exchange it, and was met by the same cashier from the day before. She said she remembered me and my plants and that I was trying to return a plant that wasn't theirs. She then called a manager over who told me the soil in the bucket wasn't theirs and implied that I was lying. Only after I demanded a refund of my $25 membership fee from the day prior did he relent and let me exchange it. While out selecting a new one, I found several more cacti in the "spineless" section that had spines, as well as the SAME soil he claimed wasn't theirs. So, bottom line, they immediately defaulted to accusing me of lying/theft without doing a single minute of investigation. I will never be back, and I encourage others to stay far away as well!

Stayed late after closing and he was just very calm and collected.
