It is super cute and clean! The staff were so nice! I ended up ordering both a smoothie and a chicken bacon wrap. They both were amazing! It was a nice suprise seeing sweet potatoe chips with the wrap and I love how packed with spinach the wrap was (be warned if you dont lile spinach but I loved it). The wrap ratio was done really well and the smoothie was sweet and delicious. If I need to stop for a quick healthy lunch in salisbury again I will definitely stop here!!

On a whim, after leaving Planet Fitness, I stopped at Juice Life. I wasn't hopeful, but I was really keeping my fingers crossed for a vegan option. Hello Juice Life! Wow! This avocado smash veggie wrap is the cat's meow! It's fresh and delicious and the lady working behind the cash register told me about several other vegan options they offer too. She ranted about BEET HUMMUS. I will be honest--I was NOT interested. She let me sample it and it's a winner! It's flavorful and smooth and no "tastes like dirt" beet flavor at all (OK, maybe I am the only one that thinks beets taste like dirt!). I plan on returning to Juice Life tomorrow...and the next day after that. You have outdone yourself, JUICE LIFE! Bravo!

Turns out, this place is awesome. Clean, great staff, easy to navigate ordering and a large variety of smoothies. I'm all about the Vitality Vibes smoothie for a healthy meal replacement or the Java the Nut for a sweeter, caffeinated boost. My daughters both love the Twiggy on the kids menu and I find it so great to slip in some hidden leafy greens. Planet smoothie has given me a great way to give my girls some added vitamins and nutrients when they reject steamed vegetables or salad. They're two and three and really only want snack food and chicken nuggets. As a mom concerned about health, that doesn't fly with me, so a big thank you to PS! This location is open 7am-8pm and it's so convenient to be able to order ahead from their app and have it ready for pickup when I get there. They have a great rewards program using your phone number and I've already received a number of free smoothies. If you like smoothies or think you might, give this place a try. I'm a huge fan!

There was a ton of granola which I loved because a lot of times by the time you get to the bottom, you're out of toppings, but that didn't happen here. The coconut shavings on top were really good & I loved how thinly shredded it was. The employee was really nice & made my bowl quickly. Prices seemed comparable to other açaí bowls I've had too. I definitely think they could add more seating, especially because there's an empty area inside. There's outdoor seating though which is nice. My only complaint is that I wish they opened earlier during the week so I can get one before work but overall, I really enjoyed & I'll be back for sure!

The inside is very interesting space wise. There's just one long bench facing the counter and a couple of high top seats facing the window. After 5 minutes, my bowl was done and I took it with me to eat during my lunch break at work. I don't know if it was just the day I went but the to go container looked different than others I have seen from reviews. Mine looked like it was in a soup container you would get at a Chinese restaurant - the kind with a flat lid. Because of that, a lot of the peanut butter and chia seeds stuck to the lid because the lid wasn't curved. Secondly, I ordered the Funky Monkey bowl and it was missing a few ingredients. The bowl is advertised as organic açaí base with granola, banana, strawberries, peanut butter, Nutella, and chia seeds. My bowl was missing the strawberries and Nutella part. Despite all of that, the peanut butter was good and tasted natural. If I ever go back here, I'd probably just go for their smoothies.

The other customer service representative could have focused on online orders that came through. It appears that both customer service representatives were focused more on the online orders versus both indoor customers and online orders. I ordered a blueberry strawberry banana smoothie, that tasted like water down. I didn't taste the effects of the fruit, though it was a fruit smoothie. I went back inside the store to inform the staff. The representative asked if I had the smoothie before and she asked the staff member who made the smoothie how did she made. Finally, they remade my smoothie, and the smoothie tasted a little bit better, but you can tell that they put a lot of ice and water into their smoothies. I witnessed the customer service representative make the smoothie and they definitely use very little amounts of fruit inside their smoothies and a whole lot of ice and water to prepare their smoothies. The facility was clean. The ambience was very nice and calm. The staff were pleasant. Tropical smoothie Café does not offer a variety of sizes to choose from for the smoothies. I noticed on the menu there's one flavor that's offer for a kid size smoothie.

When the worker did appear at the window, she was pleasant. I ordered the Queen City Bowl. It is one of the more typical açai bowls consisting of a very berry base, strawberries, blueberries, and more. It was really fresh and tasty! As well as a bit tart. I probably would add extra honey drizzle and granola next time. The açai bowl held up well in terms of how much it stayed in its sorbet form even after 15 minutes of picking it up. I would come back to try their other bowls!
