Service is alright. I usually get the plain jane smoothies, strawberry or strawberry and banana. They're good! Don't get me wrong, it's a good place to grab a quick lunch smoothie, sweet but not unhealthy. But they do melt fast, gotta either get a small and drink it fast or put it in a freezer. It's a small little place, and it wasn't filthy or dirty but not perfect, I'd say its between clean and cleanish. I would recommend for a quick lunch break smoothie! read more

This place is horrible and the owner is not accountable when her workers make mistakes like making the wrong smoothie . Kristi is the owner and doesn't even value customers . Thumbs down !!! read more

First of all, it was CLEAN!!! The location in Lawrenceville smells like rotten milky mop water so bad, I had to stand outside while my husband got his smoothie. I say that because I refused to get anything from a place that smelled like poor sanitation. Back to Duluth. The owner was behind the bar. I didn't catch her name, but she was from Philly. Sweet, friendly, efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and got us in and out. Everything you want and nothing you don't. We'll be back again and again! read more

Planet smoothie was one of my favorites when visiting NYC's Penn Station. Ordered a couple of them this weekend. The Dragon Fruit with PB & blueberries and the Greens Lean. And guess what?!... They're Still amazing. Delivery service got them there pronto & the taste, cold temperature & texture was still there. Will order again. read more

I would give no stars if I could.the smoothies took forever n were not smoothies instead were like QT icees.customer service was good but work just wasn't quality read more

I have to give them a 5-star. The young lady welcomed us with a warm smile and made our smoothies with LOVE. YES. Our smoothies were made with LOVE. I ordered the Tropi-Kale (Kale, spinach, Pineapple, strawberry, banana and water instead of milk) read more

customer service was horrible the miss that took our order didn't greet us when we walked in or even look up. and when we went up to the register she glanced at us like we were bugging her. she walked passed us 3 times while making someone else's order and didn't smile or say "I'll be right with you" but we waited patiently for the overly priced smoothies. the strawberry squeeze with milk in it was gross and the milk tasted expired. customer service wasn't good and the cashier was just overall rude. But the dragon berry smoothie was good. Moral of the story don't try something new just stick to smoothie king. read more

This place does a good job if you're looking to get your smoothie fix in. This is more of take out place, don't expect to drink in here as they are very limited in seating. Planet Smoothie is less than 5 mins from the LA Fitness down street and probably 10 mins from the Sugarloaf LifeTIme Fitness nearby as well. Convenient for those who want a healthy drink option after nice a workout. The smoothies here can be inconsistent in taste at times with the balance of ingredients being either too much or too less. It varies, but it's nothing too drastic. I included the link to the menu below so you can fully explore all the smoothie options. There aren't too many dedicated smoothie places in this area, so it's very convenient for those who want some variety in smoothies. Decent place overall, not bad, but could improve in certain areas. Planet Smoothie - a hand holding a cup of smoothie - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Duluth, Georgia

This is my go-to smoothie spot. Prices are reasonable; a small 16oz drink will cost you about $6-7. It's relatively quiet so there's never a long wait. I'm usually in and out of there within 5 minutes. I always get the Road Runner with no added sugar. There was one time I'd forgotten to request that, and when I did, the server stated she already put it in and didn't seem too willing to remake it. I let it slide but it was the only time I ever left my drink half finished before tossing it out. I've been to this location about 5-6 times and it wasn't until my last that they mentioned there was a rewards program. Oh well, better late than never. Overall, great for a relatively healthy snack or smoothie. Service is a bit lacking, but it won't stop me from returning. read more

I ordered online and picked up my grape ape smoothie from this location. The smoothie was ready when I arrived the two ladies working were very friendly. I signed up for the rewards program because I will be back to get another smoothie from this location. If you purchase a 32oz smoothie you can purchase a reusable cup with a straw for 5.99. The cup is very cute and good quality. I am pleased and will be back! read more

Second time coming here that they can't be bothered to even open on time. Waited 10 minutes in the car and finally when we pull away they bother to even open. Why put times on the door that you're not going to follow? read more

Great shop with great employees. Always a good visit! Twigs & Berries with Orange Sherbert added is the best!

This location always closes early. This is the second time I have come for it to be closed before the posted hours. This time, I walked in and the conversation proceeded as follows: "we're closed." "You guys closed early today?" "We close at 7:30." "It's 7:25." With smirk on her face "i'm sorry, we're closed." I'm going to Smoothie King in the future unless this is corrected. This is too inconvenient for me to go out of my way to come here for them to say they are closed before their posted hours because the employee is too lazy to stay open until the actual closing time. read more

This location use to be my go-to. Unfortunately, my last two visits were disappointing. I went early one morning on my way to work. This particular day there was an employee working alone that I didn't recognize. I greeted her (should have been the other way around) when I came in and placed my order. She didn't smile or even make eye contact I noticed she had an earbud in one ear and was talking on the phone complaining about being there alone. I'm thinking well, apparently you were scheduled to open. I'm also thinking how unprofessional. I left disappointed. A few days later, I arrived about the same time and noticed the Open sign was not on and the lights were off. It was well past opening time. Don't know if it was the same employee, but I imagine so. I went to the newly opened location the opposite way. They are open at 7:00 a.m. and offer special pricing between 7-9am. To the Owner: You are very warm and friendly when interacting with customers. This new person I described above is not interested in representing your business in a positive light. It may be a good idea to install cameras in your facility to see what some staff are doing when they think no one is watching. Well, I as a customer was watching and she didn't care so.... read more

I like to make my own smoothies, but if I don't have time and in the mood for one, I come here. Smoothie King was my place of choice until they stopped carrying the goji berry. This location is close by, clean and the staff and owner are friendly. We are not on a first name basis yet but they know my face. I usually get the Captain Kid. Guess I am a kid at heart. It has shebert ice cream banana and strawberries, along with water and ice. I recently upgraded to the Vinnie Del Rocco which has similar ingredients minus the banana and adds both blueberries and raspberries. Both drinks contain dairy and are gluten-free. I even call in my order so it's waiting on me when I arrive (my time is precious). They list all of their caloric content on the website planetsmoothie.com. read more

I stop by here for breakfast on my way to work sometimes. The staff greets me very quickly, and I'm in and out in a matter of minutes. I have never had a smoothie here I didn't like. I've never ever had a smoothie that tasted watery here. Their rewards program is a nice perk to being a regular customer. I appreciate that Planet Smoothie publishes their menu and nutritional information online. read more

My co-workers and I placed an order on Door Dash for 2 smoothies and received frozen solid smoothies with freezer burn on the top of the lids....I know 2020 has been a hard year but this is PAST RIDICULOUS! I can't imagine who is in charge but they definitely don't give two cents about any of their customers. If you can't afford to make your smoothies fresh then maybe you should consider closing your location because freezing them in advance is a very desperate attempt that doesn't benefit anyone. Stopped in to grab some smoothies before getting on the road. They have a fairly large menu with multiple sections of categories, i.e. energy, protein, etc., depending on what you want to get out of your smoothie as well as the option to mix your own. My boyfriend and I were unsure so the lovely ladies behind the counter helped us figure out what would be best for our needs. Even gave us ginger lemon shots for extra energy for our travels! We got a peanut butter power up and a berry something (it's a limited time flavor with açaí) both are absolutely delicious! Would and will definitely be returning read more

Super nice staff. Christie the manager was beyond helpful. High marks for using a Stevia sweetener not sugar. Coming from LA Where there is a juice bar on every corner, and frequenting Whole Foods, who really does juice and smoothies right, it's hard to give a smoothie chain store more than 4 stars. But these guys deserve every one of those 4. I am thinking I like these guys better than Tropical Smoothie. More trips will be needed. read more

They serve fro-yo here! I was pleasantly surprised that Planet Smoothie is jumping on the bandwagon and offers frozen yogurt to their customers. My guy and I stopped in for a smoothie and we were definitely happy with our choices! I wanted an all fruit smoothie so I ordered the one with mango. I can't remember what the name of the smoothie was but I was pleased with the fact that they used fresh fruit and juice/sweetener. The customer service there was great and the wait time wasn't too bad. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely have to try their fro-yo. The toppings selection didn't look too shabby either. read more

Planet Smoothie is better than Jamba Juice Their fig and berries is awesome. I got it almost everyday I was there. Not too sweet and delicious. I remember coming here when they first opened years ago. Not much has changed. No lines. Always good service. read more

Let me begin by saying the young woman working here was very friendly. However, this company will not let you bring in your own cup to use unless you purchase one of their plastic cups. The other alternative is to purchase your smoothie in the provided styrofoam cup. This is not an option for me as I make smarter choices by not consuming waste with single use cups. Lost my business today. It's a shame that retailers don't take responsibility for their trashy habits. read more

I'm sorry but the girls who work here are snotty! I was disappointed!!! I was treated rudely! For the next few months this place gets 5 stars from me because during daylight savings they extend their hours and are open until 9p!!!

I have been to this Planet Smoothie over 10 times now. The staff here is awesome. I always get the same thing when I go, Strawberry Mr. Mongo with protein. I think they sprinkle some crack in their drinks b/c I find myself craving a Mr. Mongo all the time. I just realized that sounded a little homo-erotic...Anyway, if you have never been to a Planet Smoothie before, this one is clean and has an awesome staff. read more
