The store is only small but carries a massive range of livestock and sundries, all available space is used to it's maximum capacity, so it's probably not the best place for a person who is scared of snakes to be! They have your usual corns and pythons, but they also stock more unusual animals and have a large range of tarantulas and scorpions too. Couple with the friendly and very helpful staff, this is definitely one of the best reptile stores you could hope to visit.

Oh yes, this is the only pet shop in the Eccles, Salford area to sell kittens! Look away now! They all look so healthy, clean and did I mention cute?! Kittens are around the £45 mark. I have visited this shop a few times browsing potential pets (Fire belly lizards, gerbils, kittens…read moreetc) and have found it to be cramped but still very pleasant. The two people I have dealt with are very nice and put on a show to make the sell but I suppose that's how they make money. The animals all seemed healthy and in although small locations they were clean and hygienic. Also being an independent store the prices are a bit steep as opposed to pets at home but I would rather go here than Pets at Home any day. One thing I will mention the guy informed me the kitten I later bought was 8 weeks and have to having her checked at a vet and by my mother (a formerly veterinary nurse) this wasn't the case. She was 5- 6 Weeks old too young to be away from the mother which does worry me a lot. Shop here with caution!

A dog bed I picked up felt wet from the cold and damp. It was actually warmer stepping outside. I had to cover my face because the damp smell was so strong. I felt so sorry for the animals having to stay in those conditions. I could only tolerate 5 mins. What a shame I used to enjoy visiting there.
