Even an emergency service vehicle didn't give one fuck about the pedestrian sidewalk. C'mon. The gym is very nice when you step in, the front desk associate was nice and it generally looked like a very well maintained goodlife. They had a huge empty floor full of every machine, a turf, squat racks etc. On the same level, they had a salt water pool with a whirpool AND a outdoor basketball court. Amazing. If you go upstairs, there are more machines, cardio and more power racks! Ugh, a powerlifter's dream. There's also separate rooms for stretching etc. Changeroom is also beautiful and clean. Very well kept etc. For the record, nobody has ever tried to sell me personal training at any goodlife so I never had that problem everyone's complaining about.

They thought it was appropriate to make snide comments about her weight. It took ever once of my self control not to go down there. They refuse to cancel your membership and they continue to charge you until you have to get a new card. They just started charging me after over a year of not having a membership. That's fraud and theft. You people are all complete and utter degenerates. If you are trying to cancel your subscription and they are refusing my advice is to break everything and get banned. That is the only way to deal with people this completely brainless.

(I called the Lifesaving Society to get the exact date of the submission.) As a result, the next lifesaving society course was not approved. It took me multiple calls to the Lifesaving Society and the City of Whitby. I will not return to the city of Whitby for other courses.

It has a nice-sized pool, large enough locker rooms, hot tubs, and saunas. It has a decent number of rooms in which classes are held and the lobby is pretty nice. I am not a fan of the avid disuse of the lower floor, however: it seems like a waste of space into which expansions could be made. I happen to use the health club- the gym- part of the building the most, so speaking from experience, that is where I'm taking a star off. Though the vast majority of the staff members/personal trainers are amazing people- particularly Leo- many could afford to learn a little more about working with the public. When it comes to equipment and space, there is even more room for improvement, for the health club. Most of the free-weights are pretty old, and despite quasi frequent updates, they are usually only to the machines. This is great for beginners and the elderly members of the health club, who seem to gravitate towards machines, but for the younger/more experienced members of the club that use free-weights and barbells more often, it would be nice to see some new purchases. Also, some more space would be useful, as in the past, the club has gotten rid of some useful equipment in an attempt to make more room. It should be noted that the maintenance staff and the majority of the receptionists are delightful people. I very much like how exceptionally affordable the health club is. A gym membership, personal training, swimming lessons, etc. are all amazingly economically feasible.

It's alright. They…read moredo not put in much effort to ensure that people are wiping down their machines after use. I see so many people walk away without cleaning anything. I feel like a loser when I walk in and clean the machines/mats before and after my workout for this reason. It also wastes a lot of my time, personally. The music is awful. They have this equipment in the centre of the main floor reserved for personal training sessions. You can use the equipment, but if a session comes to push you out, that's totally fair - I understand that part. It's rarely used, anyway, though. My other thoughts, personally - if I was signing up for personal training, I would not want to be on display there in the centre of the room. Showers are absolutely terrible, if you want to keep any items dry - you cannot. Every single shower will spray onto the outside of the shower, so it's always wet. The floor is always slippery, water pressure is very scattered and aggressive. No shelving in the showers - they are awful. The pool, sauna, and hot-tub are rather fantastic, I will say. Hot tub and pool are closed on Monday so a third party company can come clean them. I like that they do that. There are no classes after 11am on Sundays. No classes at all on weekdays after 7pm. This gym could very well be 24 hours, and it's not. There are a few broken machines. The free weights are a stinky jungle after 6pm on any day - not even just weekdays. Weekend hours are only until 8pm. Overall, it's a good gym. There is plenty room for improvement. Oh the juice bar just re-opened after a 3 year hiatus! Expensive, so I haven't tried it - but it looks like a very promising menu.

I hadn't been to any gym in a few years & this is a great one to get back into it. The LUNK alarm is interesting although I don't really see a need for it in this gym it's a pretty laid back environment. I do however think they should install a LURK alarm for people who are sitting on equipment on their phones or just "Lurking" and not really working out. I'm joking mostly but overall it's a good experience

But their staff member was extremely rude in his conversation and said that if we do this switching again he would initiate the investigation into this. We asked why he was saying this as this setting was earlier updated by someone from their staff and we don't have any such access to their application. He was not trying to understand this whether it was the application issue or the staff's. Another member told us not to use the gym after the conversation. We have made all the payments and not sure why we were not allowed to use the gym and so rude treatment was given to their customers. I haven't found any Customer Care also for the customer grievances. Anyhow we will cancel our registration and I advise all the existing or future customers to be cautious as, if this can happen to us, this could happen to anyone else.
