I would loose patience really fast. KoKo finally gave me the pace I needed to make working out a part of my life and routine. I am able to work-out anytime as I have 24 hour access (Don't have to make a certain time), machine are clean, I don't have to wait in line to do a different exercise and finally the program tells me what weight I am at and how many reps. Seriously, this makes working out so easy. I have been a member since Sandy Utah opened and recommend it to everyone. KoKo helped me through Breast Cancer (twice) with a program made just for that recovery. You could get this anywhere else!! Absolutely LOVE KoKo and the entire KoKo Staff.

Nothing has pushed me harder or been put more specific attention on the areas that I really wanted to work on more than having a personal trainer who really knows what they are doing. I've had sessions with several of the trainers at Fitness Together and they are all very knowledgeable and really care about my needs. They also give me nutrition counseling! I took their 60-minute HOT Stretch class - space element with Julie and it was soooooo good. I always feel like I get such a good stretch when in a warmed room and this class did not disappoint. It wasn't a super demanding class, most of the poses were seated and laying down although we did do some standing poses towards the end of class. I brought my own towel and a towel for my mat as well. I don't know if they provide towels, but if they do they weren't visibly displayed. Excited to come back here!

I can't fault them, they've got to build their business, but I'm not a fan of sales pitches. The hip hop class itself was outstanding! The instructor was energetic but also made it easy enough for us novices to follow along. At the conclusion of the class, I was sufficiently sweaty and tired, which sounds like a good workout to me. I'm not sure that I'm ready to sign up for a gym membership, but it was a nice visit.

I contacted the PT Manager, Kayla, and she put in for a refund for me, then a month later told me it had been approved and a month after that said their records show I took the one hour sessions. Its pretty clear that robbing people of their hard earned money is part of their MO down there. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to any other gym. ANY other Gym will likely treat you better than this nightmare.
